they did a roof for me back in October 2023 so less than a year ago. It seemed to do OK until recently other than finding the occasional roofing nail in my backyard by the pool. Where my complaints start is in the past week or so as I noticed increasing leaks coming in through my ceiling in a couple different places. They replaced the skylight where the worst current damage is back in October 2023 as well. I asked John to have someone come out and take a look at it ASAP as there’s more rain in the forecast and I don’t want the problem to get worse. John replied on Saturday that he would get someone out to look at it this week. I’ve texted him a couple of times since then about timing on that or just having another company come out and look, and I have received no response. Meanwhile, The ceiling is accumulating more and more damages and of course mold is a concern. I’m very disappointed in the lack of concern about and attention to this problem on a new roof from less than a year ago. That’s especially so when you consider that it was only a minor storm that caused the damage. John did come out later this same day and is addressing the problem.

I use to highly recommend this company, but the company is not the same. My roof is supposedly still under warranty, and I had a leak. Called them, took over a week for their field supervisor to come out. When he did he would not answer my questions about what was wrong and seemed really shady. Just kept telling me he had to talk to his GM. I called them the next day to find out the situation and was sent a quote for $460 to fix the leak, claiming it was due to the solar which is on the back of the house and the leak was on the front. Since it has been raining I told them to come fix it. The quote had a bunch of stuff listed to be done. According to my Ring door bell, the roofer arrived at 12:01 and left at 12:25. He told me it was only 2 nails, not the list I was given. I paid him, he was very nice. Within a half hour this creepy field supervisor showed up again and said he was here to be paid. I told him I paid his worker as instructed. I also expressed that I was not happy to be quoted for a list of work that did not need to be done and charged. I told him the roofer was on the roof no more than 15 minutes. He said he had him clocked on GPS for 1 hour and 45 minutes which is obviously a lie, Ring doorbell says otherwise. Unfortunately, this company is no longer straight up and obviously desperate. $460 seems a bit high for 2 new nails, but that being said, I would not trust their reps or the company any longer. It all seems so shady, too many red flags here.

RJ Owens was hired as a sub for an addition on our home. The job had numerous defects that were not to code in addition to several outright holes causing several leaks that I have been chasing for almost two years. As a result I’ve had to apply a commercial grade roof coating costing additional thousands of dollars. I contacted them several times to look at the scuppers and they determined there was nothing wrong. Called back months later after I found several holes in the roof causing leaks. I was told the company would make this right and to stop sealing the roof which I did. After three more visits spanning months they eventually told me they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t be able to help me. Do not use this company.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! The lady in the office is such and Angel, she helped me immensely. And the crew that did my house was professional and knowledgeable as well as efficient. 10/10 would highly recommend!

To start I was just hung up on by the lady at the company because she did not like that I was getting upset about the fact that for almost two weeks no one was communicating with me regarding a 4 point inspection issue with a lead boot on the roof that they installed. She also would not answer the phone when I called back 3 times. Three phone calls and one email later and no one has responded to me until now. She also found it ok to tell me that it’s just a boot and it’s not that big of a deal. May not be to her but I’m at the deadline for my 4 point inspection to close the house I’m selling, so it’s a HUGE deal to me. I have always had good service with this company but I’m just not sure what has happened with their customer service. It’s seriously lacking. And to be spoken to as though I was creating an issue and I was causing them inconvenience for something that should have been handled within 48 hours of my first call. And to experience such a cavalier demeanor as though they are too busy just does not give faith that they are worthy of using again.
