We were in Los Cabos, Mexico, when RightWay Roofing removed the old tile and paper from our roof. Then they promptly delivered the materials and tiles for our roof and began putting down the new tile. They worked fast, but professionally, and the roof looks beautiful—several of our neighbors have commented on how nice it looks, and wanted the name of the contractor … we recommended RightWay Roofing. We are very pleased and happy with their work!

We highly recommend Right Way Roofing for Tile Roofing. Not only is the installation done right, but they are right there with you fighting the insurance company for an ethical solution. Sean O’Leary, our salesperson, was responsible for obtaining our NEW TILE ROOF justly paid for by our Insurance Co. The 14 month saga just ended and our roof is in process. Sean shot down multiple attempts by Ins. Co. to cheaply settle our roof repair claim with incorrect data and materials. Sean provided correct data from Municipal and State Regulatory Agencies as well as Tile Compatability Sources. His 22+ emails, text, and phone calls attest to Sean’s dedication to get the job done right. Not forgetting the other staff people who remained friendly and helpful even when we were stressed by the insurer. We are a Senior Community and have witnessed many new single family homes being roofed by the builder’s contractors. They complete the work in 2 -3 days. They left broken tiles on our new house. Some other tiles were loose and had to be done over. What else did they skip? Right Way Roofing has taken SEVEN ELEVEN HOUR DAYS to install our roof. Right Way Roofing does not rush, doing the proper job. We have been very impressed by their work ethic. It is now comforting to be able to relax under our new roof that was DONE RIGHT!

STAY AWAY!!!! They purposely damaged my roof ($18,000) so they could charge in insurance and fix it. I had to file a separate VANDALISM CLAIM!!! They are scam artists and crooks. They aren’t even from here. They came immediately after hurricane Ian and preyed on victims of the hurricane. They should be in jail!!!!!

I have several properties and have used a few different roofers over the years and although the jobs always were completed, there were always cliches along the way. I recently had hired Right Way Roofing to replace a roof that was severely damaged during the hurricane. I dealt with Julian and I can not say enough good things about him. He was very professional, efficient and responsive. I would highly recommend!!!

It’s not often that you have the owner of the company come out to review your project to make sure that the process is being done properly but that’s what Colton did and I appreciate the on-hands supervision. Also, the ability to start my project within a couple of days facilitated completion compared to other contractors. Their representatives are available to discuss your concerns and provide follow-up in a timely manner.
