They did my roof years ago and did such a poor job that the roof leaked in my entryway. Not only did they not acknowledge the damage they had done but they refused to fix it. Was ghosted by the owner and the front office threatened to hang up on me when i tried to hold them accountable. I ended up spending almost $3000 to fix the damage they had done. I was a first time homeowner and didn’t appreciate the way they treated myself and my family and it was difficult to take on the extra work at the time. They also used two different types of roofing materials on each half of my house to cut corners or save money; shingled and rolled. It just seems like this company deliberately cut corners and refused to fix their sloppy work. I would get a second quote before using these guys. 1/3/22: Just had my roof inspected and found out that gc roofing put new shingles over the old ones so the wouldn’t have to fix the leak. It has been over a week since you responded and although i am on file you have not reached out to me. I resonded to your comment via email as well. The roof was initially done during the purchase of my home. Look the address up and I’m sure it will be on record.

Gulf Coast Roofing was able to match the style and approximate color of a very old roof. They are very knowledgeable about roofing and did an excellent job repairing the roof due to hurricane wind damage. Some shingles were missing, but they checked the whole roof and replaced damaged shingles. They were on time and professional.

Antonio was 5-Star! From the moment he arrived to do our post-hurricane inspection he was courteous, professional & efficient. Antonio inspected our roof and vents for baffles, found no problems and was very honest about the good condition of our roof, etc. I took his card for future reference. Thank you Antonio!

I have used this company at least 3 times for my tile roof inspection over the years and have been very happy with them. They promptly fixed and repaired any cracked tiles, that are only cosmetic, but need to be in good repair for the integrity of my roof underneath them. They always show me pictures of the areas needing repair and do good work. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and knowledgeable in their field of work and I appreciate that they come out even for the smaller jobs that customers have.

I worked for this company for a short time doing sales. I discovered that their work was spotty and the craftsman ship was sub par. They have a high volume of call backs for not fixing leaks right the first time. It is my opinion that this company has been in decline for a while and I know it is lacking leadership from anyone who cares enough about it to make sure jobs are done right and cleaned up properly. From the top down, with the exception of Tony, this place lacks integrity, honor, and the ability to be forward and honest.

Called them to fix a leak and they were prompt & very professional and reasonably priced. No deposit and payment was due until completion. Had them come out to fix a loose tile and they inspected the whole roof and fixed about 20. Again very good job and very reasonable. Tony was great getting crew out an fixing the problems. They are my go-to company for roof repairs. Phil
