July ’24 update: new roof Gopher Roofing did a superb job installing my new tile roof. Edgar and his team are skilled, efficient and expert. Fascia replacement was necessary and the Gopher team did an excellent job cutting, installing and caulking the new wood. They kept my property clean and were courteous throughout the repair. Additionally, the adminstrative staff, Gina, Pyper and Kevin (project estimator) provided excellent and responsive service. After two successful post-hurricane roof patches by Gopher they became my preferred choice and their proposal was fairly priced vs other local roofing contractors. I heartily recommend Gopher Roofing for either patches or complete replacement. ____________________________________________ Gopher Roofing provides expert roofing repairs at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Today Pedro quickly identified the source of a water leak and 2 hrs later he and Rodrigo completed a high quality repair of my tile roof. Pedro is very good at explaining problems he sees and the fixes he recommends. I heartily recommend Gopher Roofing (and Pedro) to repair tile roof water leaks.

Friendly staff, easy to work with, tiles and work were on time as promised. A very fair price. A rep came out from the tile company to assist us with our choice of materials and colors. Couldn’t ask for more.

We are replacing our roof and the tear down crew did a great job – they worked very hard in the hot sun. They were courteous and paid close attention to detail and the yard was spotless when they were finished. Ready for the install crew 😊 UPDATE: A huge shout out to Gina Barnes, project manager. She kept us informed through the entire process and was super helpful from (patiently) helping us select the roof tile to the very last day of the project. It went amazingly smoothly. The install crew was as great as the demo crew – and the yard looked immaculate through it all. I highly recommend Gopher Roofing (GINA BARNES)

Pedro from Gopher Roofing was a lifesaver today! Despite his partner being out sick, Pedro arrived bright and early, ready to tackle our roof solo. Right from the start, he was super friendly and made sure we understood exactly what he was going to do. What blew us away was how polite and respectful he was throughout the whole process. He took tons of pictures to show us exactly what he had done. And during our chat afterward, he gave us the lowdown on our roof’s condition, pointing out past repairs were still in good shape and a few non-concerning cracked tiles. We’re giving Pedro a solid 10/10 and won’t think twice about calling him for any future roofing needs. Thanks, Pedro, for being awesome!

I use reviews from Google as well as the BBB to help me decide which company to use for my new tile roof. After checking with the BBB I was able to narrow my search to 3 different companies who had A or better ratings. From there I read the good and bad reviews from each company. I also read reviews from Google. I requested detailed quotes from each company. The quote from Gopher Roofing had more material, such as plywood, if needed to complete the job than the other quotes. Their quoted price was also very competitive so I selected Gopher and was not disappointed. They were very professional – started on time and finished on schedule. They kept me informed through the whole process and the roof looks great.

I’m very pleased with my new tile roof replacement. They came with a large crew and removed the old and cleaned up after. They replaced old wood , covered roof, and put new roof in a timely manner. Total satifaction. Thanks Edgar, Kevin, and Pyper for a job well done.
