UPDATE: 2.29 Roof was leaking. They sent out someone to inspect and verified leaking due to workmanship and advised they would cover it. I did not get notified when they would be out to repair until I reached out it but they did end up coming out and fixing it all. They made the process of replacing my roof due to wind damage easy and helped work with the insurance company. The communication was good and the roof and gutters look great. The dumpster left left rust stains on the driveway and roof tar got on the driveway as well which required me to try to remove and it still is not perfect. The garage door also has staining on it now from when the dumpster was placed too close to the garage and stuff touched the garage door. I am happy overall but wish the installers took more care so that these cleanup issues did not happen.

They’re scammers! They took $18k from me in May 2023 and never came back to replace my roof. Every time I called, they gave me a 6 week start and it’s been like this a year now

I had a new roof and new gutters installed in April of this year and requested a Wind Mitigation report from Dynasty to help offset and reduce my new premium from my homeowners insurance company. Every little bit helps. I had hired a 4pt inspection with another company as well. The inspection by Robbie months ago , who was super nice, required page 4 to be signed by a licensed contractor,. His report was incomplete. So, Kelly, the Manager in Tampa stepped up to the plate who was very professional and courteous and helped me resolve my small issue instantly. Today 2RT Home Inspections, LLC arrived at my house and inspected my roof and home and will send my new completed report by Monday. His name was Travis and he was great! Friendly, prompt, and professional. Thank you Kelly for providing great customer service experience and your great attitude went a long way. Customers always want to feel that they won. I will continue to refer Dynasty Building Solutions to my friends. Thank you again Kelly, You rock. Lisa S.

Our experience with Dynasty started good. It was once the project was finished that we experienced a substantial amount of difficulties. The biggest issue is that their equipment cracked an entire segment of my driveway. I reached out to Dynasty immediately and they sent someone out to take pictures and I was told it would be taken of. After not hearing back for several weeks, I began trying to reach out to Dynasty–I texted the project manager numerous times (heard back only a couple times and was told the issue would be fixed), emailed them several times (never heard back), made multiple phone calls (where no one answered and there was no voicemail). This went on for the course of 3.5 months and Dynasty refused to respond in a professional manner. I finally got ahold of someone at the office who said she’d have someone reach out to me. When that person finally reached out to me, she did so via email and cited that Dynasty wasn’t responsible for any driveway damage–which I don’t have a problem with. But if the issue was that easy to resolve, then why was I told Dynasty would take care of it? Why did they open a file on it–sending someone to take pictures of it? Why didn’t they just tell me 3.5 months ago that they weren’t responsible? Dynasty lacked all professionalism and their communication was horrible. They seem to view their customers as nothing but a means to making a quick buck and have no care or concern for the quality or respectability of their work or business. I won’t recommend Dynasty to anyone, and I’m thankful I don’t have to do business with them ever again.
