Very happy with the job that was done by Sunrise Roofing. The project manager Cristian was very honest and up front with pricing and gave everything they promise on time. They were also very helpful with walking us through our permitting process since we had an issue. Very happy customers!!

I’m just a angry costumer that had my rooftop replaced just a couple of months ago.this ordeal started when I was doing some back yard work and I noticed something wrong in the roof newly almost installed I saw and area that didn’t look right. That’s when I called this company about the problem, they hire some immigrants people which I have no problem but they come to do roof in 2 days fast and no details fixing some problems with the old roof. That being said they don’t care to provide 100 % service satisfaction to costumers. I will say if you see this post and you have an old house please reconsider looking for another company to do your roof. They came and tried to put words i didn’t said to correct one area where failed to repair it which it was included in the estimate, after complaining about it they sent this tattoo old Mexican saying that was not part of the job. In others words just do your roof with somebody else this company are not 100% costumer satisfaction look somewhere else take my advice please do so.they never tried to contact me to resolve the issue they are liars hypocrite and not trust it company

We have an older home in downtown Winter Garden. Of course we got 3 estimates first. We appreciated the team sent to our home. Yes- they are native to another country as someone else noted, but they are the experts and I wouldn’t feel comfortable any other way! It looks great! We received excellent communication from the team & the company owner Maria. The team put in 2 extremely long days in order to get everything done in case it rained! Thank you! Things we liked: 1.) We received over 50 pictures of our work in progress! This was very helpful since we had some of the old boards replaced and were glad to see it. 2.) The replacement automatically came with an independent wind mitigation inspection (the inspector fills out the official state of Florida form) and this will help lower our insurance costs since we opted for 160 + mph-rated shingles and have the improved modern underlayment installed according to the latest code. 3.) They automatically included a gutter replacement for a great price! The new gutters are much bigger and installed according to modern code! 4.) Of course, removing the old roof was a mess! The crew has a method of using a metal detector and large magnet to remove the dangerous nails! Our car tires were protected! (Last time in 2004 with another company, we had issues.) 5.) Everyone was courteous and professional, from Maria the owner, Gabriela in the office, and the terrific, hard working crew. 6.) The crew pays attention to details. 7.) Family company. Also of note: they weren’t the cheapest ($1200 more than others), BUT, they appeared to be the most trustworthy & we received so much more from them (wood, gutters, inspection, etc.) plus we prayed about it first.

Outstanding experiance! We now have a beautiful metal roof thanks to the Sunrise team. Great listeners, they kept us informed thru each step of the project. We felt like we were part of the family. The quality of their work was beyond our expectations ! THANK YOU SUNRISE !
