Tim and his crew were awesome! Out of about 8 quotes, his was the most competitive. They definitely weren’t expecting 4 layers of shingles (neither were we) but he honored the quote and took care of the whole job in 2 days. From start to clean-up, they were professional, fast, and high quality. Thanks for the great job – would definitely recommend to people looking for a new roof.

Unfortunately my roof developed a leak 6 months after this company replaced it. Not a small leak, we are talking puddle forming in my garage every time it rained. I called shoreline to report this and they sent someone out to put some sealant in to try to fix it. It didn’t work so I had them come back out and give it another shot. This time they sent the person who replaced my roof so I thought we were in good shape to get it fixed this time. Next time it rained there was a puddle in the same spot. The leak remained. I called several times after this and either left a message or was told they would send someone out. After a few weeks of them blowing me off they stopped answering my calls. Bottom line, if you want a reliable company that stands by their work I would look elsewhere. I now have to contract a different roofing company to fix the roof Shoreline replaced 9 months ago.

2 years into 5 year warranty, after installation, I called to have the roof checked for a leak. Neil with the crew had to come twice to discover unusual bathroom vent pipe separation in the attic. Needless to say he fixed it with cheerful attitude which made the repair smooth and easy. Thank you Neil.

Tony was honest and professional. His crew came out when he said they would. The estimate he gave me was what the roof cost. Tony even gave me referrals to have other work on my house done.

Shoreline honored their No Leak Warranty. I called Shoreline on Saturday to report a leak caused by a tropical storm. Shoreline said they would send someone right out. We thought it was strange for a metal roof to leak. But the warranty was good for 5 years. This morning, a young man came out to inspect and repair the roof. It appears there was leaking around my chimney, to which the roofer caulked the apparent leaking area. Only time will tell if the leak is truly fixed, but I’m very appreciative Shoreline honored their warranty and came to my house the next business day.

Hired them a year ago to replace a shingle roof with a standing seam roof. They completed the job as promised at the price that was promised. The roof still looks great and haven’t had any issues. I would recommend them for any roofing project.

Tony was very responsive. Roof removal was painless and the installation was quick. Great followup after the work was completed getting one problem area fixed. All while being the lowest quote for the job out of three different roofers.

In the middle of roof repairs and estimates, me and my husband of 20 years got COVID. I was released from hospital. Unfortunately, my husband passed four days later. A week later the City of Port St Lucie gave me a code violation for roof and repairs. Now, I’m calling two roofing companies that previously gave my husband estimates. Not only was the estimate good for 30 days only, price went up tremendously. I strolled thru St Lucie Living Magazine for roofing companies. It was a few that caught my eye but reviews and complaints was not satisfying. Now Shoreline Roofing reviews was awesome and expressing. I made a phone call and spoke with Tony. It was something about Tony that told me he knows the business inside and out. Yes, he was very professional, courteous and gave me a feeling to stop worrying. I made the deposit to move forward to start the work. Now here’s the confirmation of choosing the right company. It was about one week into roof project I made a visit to Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant off PSL Blvd located in Winn Dixie Plaza. I keep staring at the back of a man’s shirt that said “Shoreline Roofing”. I’m saying to myself should I say something. Finally, I said you all doing my roof. He asked for the address, who was helping me, etc. So I decided to ask him who are you. He said, ” I am the owner.” I was talking to the owner of Shoreline Roofing (LOL). At the moment, it felt like meeting a famous person like Robin Thicke. During my grieving process with having no clue where to turn, Tony you was my angel. My husband is saying job well done on the roof and taking care of my family. People, customers Shoreline Roofing is the best!!!! Shoreline roofing you are welcome to post roof pics on your website.
