What can I say about perfect pitch roofing. First and foremost the customer service is unmatched by any other roof company. Most everyone else in the industry made me feel as if my roof was not worth their time and the job was to small however Roy from perfect pitch roofing was all about giving me suggestions and being upfront with everything. Perfect pitch roofing was the only company the was able to come out quote and put everything in writing within a day other company’s took weeks to get back with me, even though I was not in a rush and even Roy was aware my roof was apx 30 days out he made me a priority which speaks volumes. So if you are looking for an honest straight forward company that stands behind their work this is the person you want to hire.

I warned Roy that I am not an easy person to do work for, being a Manufacturing Engineer and a above average knowledge of home construction. From the very first phone call, to estimate and then to project start, was a very quick and efficient process. There were just a few minor “finds” on my end, but I am very particular, in all fairness. Roy and his team were quick to respond and meet my expectations, perhaps even exceed them. Job well done Roy and team, keep up the good work.

I have had two roofs replaced by Perfect Pitch Roofing. I could not be happier with the results. The price, compared to the total job, I feel was low. Aside from superb craftsmanship, the professionalism of the team, far exceeded my expectations. The product arrived the day prior to the work. The team showed up early, about 7:45 AM and we’re all over the roof by 8:00 AM. At 3:45 PM they were finished. All removed shingles, lashing and other residue was surgically cleaned. The grounds were cleaned and policed with rolling magnets to pick up any loose or misplaced nails. It was all cleaned up. Joe, the owner and Noel, team leader, did a walk around making sure all was satisfactory. Yet there were two surprises. Covering each vent pipe was a black plastic type boot to cover up the obvious white vent pipe. A big deal, yes.. it resulted in the pilpe almost being camouflaged and blending in with the roof shingles. That was not part of the work order but something voluntarily added at no cost. Finally the biggest surprise of all. In recent years a number of other families in our area have had new roofs installed. All were done with no one paying attention. Why should they..it’s only a roof.. We have had no less than six neighbor’s specifically stopping by to let us know how much they are impressed with the look of the new roof. It’s almost embarrassing regarding their praise and compliments on the appearance and quality of work. Topping it off was the surprise each shar d on how quickly it was completed. Less than a day. Another little bonus was out shed now matching the house. This is an honest, unsolicited review of a job well done by a paying customer.

Highly recommend Perfect Pitch Roofing for all of your roofing needs! His team did a great job replacing my 20 year old roof and repairing some facia above my garage. Fast forward a few weeks and I was told in order to install my vent hood exhaust it had to go through my brand new roof! I called Roy who was able to quickly get me on the schedule for a seamless patch up which kept my renovation right on track! Thank you Roy and Sabrina for all of your help! I greatly appreciate you guys!

As a former home inspector and home improvement contractor I was very set in what I wanted from a re-roof contractor and product. We found Roy promptly responded to our pre contract questions and was flexible to our installation demands. Our cement tile roof install was complex to say the least. Roy, with his army of talented hard workers tackled the job and satisfied my every request with gentleman like attitudes and professionalism. Everything was done in a very timely fashion, cleanup was done everyday, and the price was reasonable. Roof replacement is usually stressful but I can honestly say that Roy and the Perfect Pitch team helped the process go smoothly. I’m confident Roy will do his best to complete your job to your satisfaction.

I’m so pleased with this company. I was first impressed with the fact that Roy the owner is a Christian. From the moment I spoke with him he was upfront, honest and very professional with detail how the job would be done. We come across a small issue a few month after the roof was done. We called the company and Roy quickly took care of the small issue that we found. I was very impressed that he took care of it so quickly. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing job.
