Do not do business with them. They take forever to get back to you until your pressured by your ins. Co to get it done,then they do the project and in Ten minutes to replace 3 shingles they charged $700. Talk about gauging. 👎👎👎 …

Stay clear. Had to have new screws put into gutters they are not responsible for. Had to have the removed gutters reinstalled professionally. Threw away ALL of our leaf fitter guards. Black roof cement everywhere. “STAY CLEAR” even demanded payment before all inspections were complete. UPDATE, Had issues with rear gutters also after a shotty roof job. THEY NEVER ATTACHED OUR LANAI CAGE BACK TO THE HOUSE. IT WAS FREE STANDING AND NOT ATTACHED ALL BRACKETS, WERE LEFT IN GUTTER PLUGGING DRAINS. It’s NOW PROFESSIONALLY REPAIRED. Notice no response from company. Let’s see how the county, town, BBB and news outlet get a response. Never came back to get tools, ladder or even one depot $60 document job box, (hopefully WM found someone who could use them). BEWARE FRAUDULENT AT BEST. HORRIBLE WORK PERFORMED. DESPICABLE

I had several workmanship issues with CMM, and communication was nonexistent. The materials showed up one day and blocked off half of my garage. Days later a dumpster arrived at the end of my driveway. If I would have known it was coming, I would have had my car in another location. With the dumpster still at the end of my driveway, I was awoken at 6 AM days later. They started with the dumpster at the end of my driveway. They worked until 8 pm in 95 degree heat, wow. I admire their work ethic. They couldn’t lay the underlayment flat, as hard as they tried. They left most the nails out of the gutters, and a down spout non connected and, one ripped away from the house. I had other workmanship issues and tried to get a hold of Conner. I finally got ahold of him after it passed the final inspection on the second try. His response was it passed inspection, pay me by Friday.

CMM was a pleasure to deal with! They were professional, on time and did great work! I would highly recommend them. I actually did recommend them to my neighbor who is using them.

We are very happy with our new roof. They did a very good job removing the old roof and installing the new one. The ladies in the office were wonderful.

Fortunately we had CMM at our house 5 days after Ian hit. And a new roof 3 weeks later. Very nice people to deal with. Roof looks 😌

I can’t say enough good things about CMM ROOFING. From start to finish they were Professional and the New Roof came out beautifully. I would recommend them to everybody, and we have! Thanks again CMM!

Professional, you didn’t tell me I needed a new roof on the inspection, you did respond promptly after the hurricane, you honoured the price quote on file. Remediation repairs were done promptly and prevented further damage. As we were out of town you took control of the situation. Richelle & Kim in the office were well organized and helpful with scheduling and payments from afar. Hopefully I won’t need a new roof for a few years, in the mean time I’m happy to refer CMM and will keep your contact on my short list. When I dropped into your office I saw how organized and efficient it was. Thank you for doing your job to meet our expectations. PCW
