We chose this company because Antonio seems a trustful and honest person, however after they completed our roof repair, the leaking persisted in the same area that it was before, and based on the contract we will have 1 year warranty. However 4 months after the problem continues (because it was raining a lot at this point and we noticed that the leaking was still there), we contacted him and he came to fix it (he placed extra material on the top and spent literally 15 minutes doing it as you can see on the picture attached ) but the leaking got worse, we called him back and he said we will have to pay more money to repair the problem ($500 more ) because the problem was different and he could not cover that . I explained to him that the contract is clear and the warranty will be for a year for the same issue, that the problem was not a new one, that the leak was the same one and he said if I don’t pay more he won ‘t repair it. PLEASE, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE AFTER ALL. Now I have to look for another company and pay the same amount I initially paid to them. This is not fair, this is not honest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! You will have to pay double because their work, although they tell you they have a 1 year warranty, in reality they will not have it. They assured us that our roof would be repaired and if the problem persisted, it would be repaired at no additional cost, but it was a lie, because the same leak appeared in the same place and Antonio told me that he would fix it, he came, put a material on the tiles in 15 minutes (as seen in the photos, which is clearly a “patch”) but the problem continued. After that Antonio (who by the way speaks to you with conviction and supposed honesty) said that we would have to pay more money to repair the problem, because supposedly it was a different problem (although it is not, because the leak is still in the same place)… If your problem was improper diagnosis, or inappropriate repair, it should not be the client’s problem, but yours as a “professional” in that field. I would have loved to leave a good comment instead of this, but it is not fair to pay a significant amount of money to continue with the same problem and now have to pay the same to another company that does it well, because this company does not respond as They are supposed to do it!
