Buyer beware! This company will NOT service your roof if it is damaged during warranty. They insist that they will have someone come out to take a look, then never reach back out. My sister has waited months for shingle repair and still hasn’t had her roof fixed by this scam of a company. I am having to leave this review on her behalf because they had her own review removed. Please, save yourself a headache and use a different company for your roofing needs.

* *our other reviews have been deleted** We had a new roof put on by Elevate Roofing back in spring of 2023 and over the summer a few shingles blew off in a storm. We have been trying to get them to come out and fix our roof for almost 6 months now and they are doing nothing about it. We are told we cannot fix it ourselves or the warranty will be violated, however they refuse to come fix it. Emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Absolutely unacceptable.

The roof is two years old, leaking. I will add pictures in a bit. Elevate has sent out 2 different roofing companies to fix as it’s under warranty. The first company Johnson Roofing told us roof was installed improperly and would have to be replaced. After several calls to Johnson, they informed us they were no longer doing warranty work for Elevate. Second company they sent out said it could be repaired, we have not heard back from them. Elevate gives us the run around. Elevate dies not return our calls. I will add pictures this afternoon when I am at the property!

They have a great team of lawyers roofers and contractors. Always answer our phone calls and make sure we understand what’s going on. I couldn’t be happier with their service. I only wish I had found them sooner before getting ripped off by other companies. Oh and they were able to get us out of previous contracts with companies who weren’t doing their job and just giving me the run around.

Had an interaction with ‘BRENDAN MULLINS’ today. Brendan decided to disregard the ‘no solicitations’ sign, and knock on our door. After explaining to Brendan, the no solicitation sign means don’t knock on the door, or offer any services at this address [free or for a charge]. He didn’t like that response, and decided to get an attitude stating ‘he was told to come to the house and offer services’. Which regardless of your instructions given, the property states NO SOLICITIONS, meaning, once that sign is seen [ours is right by the door, you cant knock and not see it], your prior obligations are null and void. I followed up stating ‘why are u acting like this, I’m simply trying to explain to you the law, the least u could do is be respectful and follow it, we’ve already had issues with this and have had to call the cops before’ He then threw his arms into the air and said ‘well I guess call the cops on me then’. Law enforcement has been notified, and following laws of ‘no solicitation’ signs is part of city ordinance, and an arrestable offense. Someone going door to door, needs to be better aware of their surrounding, abide by the law and be respectful with anyone you do interact with. Simple request.

On August 16, 2020 my home was struck by lightning and caught fire. Elevate roofing had men on my roof right after the firetrucks put the fire out. The framed up the 15 by 20 ft hole and covered it with plywood and a protective covering over the plywood. These men went over and above getting that massive hole covered while it was still raining to help prevent further damage to the inside of our home. Elevate Roofing and Exteriors are also state certified General contractors and State certified roofers so they are handling the rebuild of our home. We had over 1/2 a million in damages and we are very happy we chose Elevate Roofing and Exteriors. The owner of the company is a man of integrity and stands by his word and you can clearly see his business ethics is practiced by all the men and women who work for him. Also be sure to ask them about their warranties that is another reason we chose them. Their warranties are the best in the industry. Their warranties are backed by one of the oldest companies in the industry GAF, We love their motto.. Our Family Protecting Yours. When you become their customer they treat you like family!

These guys are the best. Professional and personal. I would recommend them to do any exterior storm work. Roofs gutters etc
