An excellent experience with Brandon and Gulf Coast Roofing. A pleasure doing business with a contractor who does what they say, when they say, and no surprises. I would certainly recommend Brandon and Gulf Coast to anyone looking for repairs, or as in my case, and entire new metal roof.

The.new roof is fine.However, they overlooked a major item. They failed to install hurricane clips which ended up costing me an additional $700 in insurance. This was a major oversite.

This roofing company did a great job . We are fanatics about our house and yard . This was a big decision for us and they were very patient with our concerns. When the job was finished the house and yard looked wonderful because of the great pains they went to in order to preserve it. Also, we now had a well-built and beautiful roof. We had insurance delays and Wes kept us in line and worked with us through this. Everything that Wes said he would do, he did and did it when he said he would. They also picked up trash and nails, cleaned up very well, the crew was excellent.

I already had a new roof installed 10 months ago by a company in Tallahassee; that was a big mistake!! The roof was horrible and the company owner was arrogant when trying deal with him to correct many problems. He didn’t stand behind his work. His A+ rating with BBB is obviously worthless. Gulf Coast Roofing (owned by Wes Ennis) removed the terrible roof and installed my new roof two days ago. My experience with them was great!! I’m very picky and I had tons of questions; they were good with that. (I was very anxious about getting my roof done after previous experience). Gulf Coast guys were very patient even as I hovered behind them for the first couple of hours. I wish that I hired Wes’ company the first time. I now feel like I have a strong, solid roof on my home. It looks really great too! Thankyou to Wes (owner), Jerry (Project Mgr), and all the guys that built my new roof.

After doing through research, polling friends and the community, and then meeting with few that made the cut, we settled with Jerry at Gulf Coast Roofing. Jerry was punctual, he followed through on what he said he was going to do and did timely quality work. These things might not seem to be a big deal but after a natural disaster, these qualities are rare and priceless for a homeowner’s sanity. Jerry came over and went over all our options, sometimes more than once. 🙂 We made the choices and he went over what to expect. Job was done in a rush last minute (per our request) due to a terrible week of rain coming. In that rush, Jerry still made the time to walk with me around the house to make sure and add any other spots of facia or soffit that we might not seen the first walk around. And let me tell you, the carpentry job on the soffit and facia looked great!!! But we still hired Cardinal to inspect the roof. Cardinal said our roof was one of the best installed roofs he has seen in a while. Such a huge sign of relief. I am so thankful we were given Jerry’s name, from Gulf Coast Roofing, as a recommendation.

Gulf Coast Roofing did a great job on my roof! They were very professional and easy to work with. The quality of work was excellent. I had several quotes and they gave me the best quote! I highly recommend this them!
