Water damage company said we had a roof leak and wanted to go under contract and file a home owner’s insurance claim. Gulf Coast inspected the attic and determined there was no roof issue at all. Instead, it was an AC condensation problem.

We are very happy with the results of the roof replacement. The interaction with the owner was very compatible. Workers were very pleasant and cleaned up all debris.
