Pros: Small friendly family owned. Delivered roof earlier than promised. Judiciously removed and replaced Rotted wood. Quality installation. Looks good. Cons: Could clean up better. Could insure prompt final inspect Inspection. I called for final. Lack of detailed added costs on Final bill. Could remove sign and permit. Big dog at office probably turns customers away as I felt endangered. Wife made me stay. All in all would recommend. Genuinely good people. Quality workmanship.

We used this company for a roof repair. They eventually came out and were supposed to replace like for like. Instead they used a white tile. We called multiple times, no return call. I wouldn’t recommend. Hopefully the repair holds.

I tried over the course of a month and no less than 8 phone calls to try and give this company our business. I Was told repeatedly that I would get a call back and never did. Initial appointment was set and no one ever showed up. After placing the 5th call and obviously being a bit frustrated, someone showed up without an appointment. This is a large commercial property so he was shown the areas of concern. The employee asked for roof access to inspect and said he would let me know his findings when he was done. The roofer left without communicating with anyone, leaving the roof access door open. I never heard back and after several days reached out again. Again I was told I would get a call back. After 2 more weeks and 3 more calls, we have finally decided to move on to another company. i have yet to get a call back from anyone at this point. Very poor business model if returning potential customers phone calls is not a priority. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

Had a small leak, called for a quote, they responded immediately, had someone at the house the next morning and had the roof repairs done within the next few days, very professional and responsive, I would definitely recommend and will be using them again when it’s time to replace the entire roof.

I can not recommend Fleming Brothers enough! I had 2 active leaks. I talked to the owner one morning and he and his crew were at my house 2 hours later. They assessed the situation, tarped for me and repaired a week later (which is fast in rainy season!). They were a better price by far than other roofers. Professional, reliable and good at what they do! I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who has any roof issues.
