Deceptive Roofer WARNING ALL FACTUAL NO HYPERBOLE Contracter, presented executed vontract with a warranty with a company for which he used a different company metal roof material Contract had the company called Elgert Metal for which warranty is given by the manufacturer But the metal that was used as PacClad DECEPTION / FRAUD More inferior company with no warranty Caused More damage to property, Including those liable under multiple statutes currently In litigation Would not advise using for the following reasons 1) Lack of autonomy contractors signed And un Will to do job that was requested 2) Health of family and children if you have him work on your home 3 ) He told me it would be three day job For what she would start four weeks after I paid half upfront $ Do not give this guy a red Penny as there should not be any need to put anything upfront however I put half which was $20,000 However, he didn’t get started until three months past the four weeks that he was supposed to start Then took him 3 1/2 months to start and complete my roof His crew left the dryer vent, detached for the Moisture from the dryer was placed in my attic And a vent that was supposed to be repaired in the room, closest to the attic, pulled this moist air that grew mold into the AC unit I asked Roofer did you see any mold prior to knowing about the attic vent?, He had no mold However, it takes common sense to know that wood is eaten by mold or other living organisms In addition, Cost damage

Amazing work and super attentive to detail. I worked with a representative who guided me through the whole process – Dejan. He was very quick and efficient. I had my gutters and roof replaced, Dejan helped me pick out the colors, navigate pricing and told me exactly what steps in the process the workers were working on. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know. On top of this, it was the best pricing I found hands down. Thank you Dejan and Sunny roofing for making this an easy expereince!!
