Failed to follow up on customer who they referred Harvey to repair the roof due to this customer being an elderly veteran who doesn’t have a lot of money . But Harvey took the 2000.00 and never finished the job and failed to contact the homeowner to finish the job. The owner of this roofing company said he would make it right, been over 10 days and no one has finished the repairs . I just can’t believe someone would do this to an elderly veteran who needs his roof repaired properly…..

I almost never do reviews but need to make an exception in this case. The first reason is to give credit to an incredible company and the great experience. The second is to help other owners needing to replace or repair their roof. I am extremely particular and a perfectionist. I drive my family crazy. However, in the long run it pays off. I chose Homeshield Roofing out of six contacts and 5 interviews. I ultimately chose them because of my appointment with Tim the owner. Money wasn’t the real issue as he came in within a few dollars of two others I interviewed. Although this wasn’t my profession, I do have a limited construction background. He answered all my questions perfectly, to the point where I knew he had the expertise to do the job correctly. I pointed out concern areas on my roof that he gave the correct answers for. Once hired and the roofing process began everything went smoothly, the crew was professional, polite and mostly incredibly hard working. I was kept informed of the progress daily (in addition my going up and inspecting). The project finished on time, clean up was great and I quickly passed inspection. Don’t get involved with shady companies or the companies that come through your neighborhood telling you that they can replace your roof and the insurance company will pay etc., etc. it’s a scam and worse it’s basically extortion. That’s one of the big reasons why we have an extremely volatile home insurance problem in the state of Florida. Due yourself a favor, avoid hassles and avoid a leaky roof or other issues down the road and have it done right the first time and gain peace of mind. Call Homeshield roofing.

Had a very bad experience with another roofer who took money and never returned. I found Tim at Hormeshield and was very concerned about how this would work out! Tim sat down with me and heard my story and showed me how it would work out, to assure me nothing would stop me from getting my new roof. He gave me a schedule that they stayed with and completed work as I was promised. As with all other reviews they cleaned up after each day and finish on scedule, could not ask for more. Great job all around.

Highly recommend!! Tim came out the same day we called to check on a leak in one our rooms. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and it was no where near as bad as we initially thought. He was able to make the repair before the rain started again the same day!

This is probably the best roofing company in Central Florida. Spoke to them 6/27/24 afternoon and they were out here 6/28/24 in the morning. Super friendly and direct with what was the problem and how to fix it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HomeSheild Roofing.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service and much needed hand-holding (on my part)! He helped me with the HOA and insurance company! Plus the price was excellent and my house looks brand new! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Tim for your excellence!!! Ask the new skylights look fabulous too!!!

Tim and his team were incredible. He was in constant communication through the whole process. I always recieved quick responses to any concerns I had. Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful.
