The roof company is very responsible and flexible. During to our insurance company, I had to reschedule roof project starting date several time, they are very flexible to meet our request. Also they came over early morning to move dumpster away for our car out of garage . Thanks very much

Great until you sign an estimate and then totally unresponsive. I was told someone would call me when the permit was approved. No call. I was told someone would call and lmk when work was scheduled to start. No one called. I was told work wouldn’t start without someone calling for the deposit too. Nope, they just showed up out of nowhere and started work according to my tenant. The roofs look great although it took twice as long as they said. The cleanup was incredibly lazy and ZERO follow up after the install–not even the invoice. I had to call to complain about all the above and ask for an invoice. They sent the invoice promptly and then no follow up. No calls returned. Zip. Zero. I’ve since been cleaning up my yard, picking all the small pieces of debris that were blown everywhere with a leaf blower by the crew instead of raked or swept up. Why? To save time and have the appearance of a clean site by hiding all the small debris in the grass. Like rusted roofing nails that I have found by stepping on:

We used their second office out of Miami and were very pleased with the great quality at a fair price! Donnie from Century roofing specialists showed up on time, was very professional, and didn’t try any tricks to push for a roof replacement. Our roof wasn’t leaking after the repair. We are going to hire this company when we are ready for new roof.

Excellent service professional well priced 5 properties with roofing 30 year shingles done by this company for me. I highly recommend them to family and friends because of great value compared to other prices I was quoted.
