I live in a townhome community that Affordable Quality Roofing is currently working on. I have to say I was nervous at first when I heard the roofs were getting done. Throughout the community. I was worried about nails and debris. Affordable Quality Roofing took many extra steps to make sure no debris came off the buildings. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

They are the best roofing company we have ever worked with! I manage several properties and we had a rep named Alex reach out to us and offered to inspect all our roofs. It was all done via drone, was no cost, and they ended up helping us get a new roof paid for by our insurance. We will be using them on future roofing needs.

Affordable Quality Roofing is one of the very few companies that stand by what they say. Warren and his team have been fantastic. There are so many contractors in this business that say they do good work be very few deliver but they really did and we’re more than happy with the results. I highly recommend.

Had roof done in 2021….looked nice but unfortunately I have leaks now in my front room! Now ceiling has damage and also front wall. I’ve contacted them but it took a bit of time for response. Finally they had guy come out and tell us it’s this that and the other. Sealed around things temporarily but it’s still leaking. Then they did say what they think is wrong and would work on another estimate to fix this then I never heard back from them. I contact them again and I’m told they are still working on getting numbers …now I’m told they don’t really do that work as far as replacing flashing. I paid almost $14000and all I have now is a big HEADACHE!

A++++ service from our rep Alex. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything paid for after insurance said my roof had no damage from a recent storm. The crew was super nice and clean.

We were very pleased with Affordable Roofing from our initial contact with Cory, to their team that represented us in dealing with our insurance company and also throughout the whole demo and installation process with Jordon. I would highly recommend calling them if you need a new roof!
