They repaired cracks in our buildings concrete parapet walls & eyebrows. The hairline cracks allowed drenching rain water to penetrate and create leaks on the inside. We’ve had a lot of rain last week and the ceiling and walls are dry. I would recommend PSI for all repairs. Nick Blake is the rep and service manager on my jobs, of which I have had many. He is very thorough and gets the job done!

PSI replaced my communities roof in 2017. Fast forward to 2022, I was in need of a few documentation for resale purposes and the professionalism from Jorge Bravo Busot, Diego Lima and Paul Folkersen was unmatched. They had no immediate incentive to help but they did and they all were amazing! I highly recommend them!

We had PSI Roofing do a re- roof on our Business. I can honestly say that we couldn’t be happier with the end result. From start to finish the job was handled professionally. Best of all they did this with little to no disruption of our daily business. The crew was very courteous and very clean with no mess left to clean up. In South Florida its rare to find a business that goes out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied and trust me we are. We’d recommend PSI to anyone.

Roof still leaks after PSI worked on it. It is a small leak and not immediately visible. With only a 1-year warranty, when contacted, PSI sent out an inspector and then a couple of days later provided an estimate to repair it. It was a slap in the face. Why would I use them again? I’ve read other reviews that are positive but they are not a stand-up company based upon my experience.

Worked with PSI roofing on replacing 11 buildings with barrel tile roofs Pros – Communicated everyday – Completed the project ahead of anticipated completion date. – Completed the project within budget without any change orders. – Very professional Cons None Annett, Moe and Amanda were great to work with. I would highly recommend P.S.I. Roofing.

PSI did a great job at our property at 335 S.W. 20th Street for the emergency patch and then repair work. We are getting bid quote for total roof replacement. We would recommend them highly to anyone.

Maybe they work good but this driver was driving like crazy today at Powerline South Bound at Pompano beach FL Around 4:30pm .. He was changing lanes like he wasn’t care about others and cutting all drivers. See the picture here. Plate EAW.-B81
