I hired Chappelle roofing to replace my roof from Hurricane Ian , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The communication throughout the process was severely lacking; I often had to chase them for updates, and responses were delayed. The work quality left much to be desired. There were visible issues with the installation, and despite raising concerns with wavy shingles after finished installation I was left with ” It’ll settle down with the weather”, attention to detail was overlooked. I highly recommend hiring a private inspector before making any final payment to this company as I made the mistake on trusting them with installing and doing the right thing. Furthermore, there were unaddressed issues post-completion, and attempts to reach out for follow-up and resolution were met with unresponsiveness. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend Chappelle Roofing based on my experience, and I urge others to thoroughly consider their options before choosing them for any roofing project. I have yet to hear back from them.
