First and foremost, the company did do excellent work with my roofing and solar needs. The management there seemed to be caring and understanding with most of my questions or concerns. The only flaw in their business seems to be the “sales people” or representatives that came to my house on day 1 in 2023. The two people that came out were Matt and Jen. Right away they came off as used car dealers. I did not like the vibe I got from them. Against my better judgement I sat there and listened to them. The product seemed good and the company seemed reputable. The selling point for me was that there was a credit that would help with the cost as this was all coming out of my pocket and not through the insurance company. I asked questions about the tax credit as this was the breaking point for me. I was assured by Matt and Jen that I would get and qualify for the credits. Matt even inquired about my annual income from my retirement and my second job. After I gave him the numbers, he said I would definitely get the tax credit. He said at the very least half in 2024 and the rest in 2025. Well, tax season rolled around and I’ve been trying for months to get the tax credit applied to my taxes. I’ve been told by tax specialists and the IRS that Matt and Jen flat out lied to me. I do not qualify for anything apparently. Apparently I should’ve trusted my instincts. We have contacted the company and this far no results. They do seem like good and honest people therefor the exception of Matt and Jen. As far as I’m concerned they are the only blemish in an otherwise perfect company. I am uncertain if Matt and Jen still work there but they reflected badly on the company. Like previously mentioned. The company did do a great job with the roof and solar but now I’m out at least 24k that was to be put back into the financing on the roof. I’m glad I held off on my review until this point. If you happen to deal with Matt or Jen, they are liars/ crooks and will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. Best of luck to GreenCoast. The only reason you didn’t get 1 star is due to kind and reasonable management and for great workmanship. Hope everyone has a better experience than I.

Ingrid and Elvis are nothing short of amazing. We have been fighting our insurance for over a year, they never left our side through the process. They have made every step stress free. Today we started the roof, the roofing team showed up promptly, and worked extremely hard. They were professional and kind. They cleaned up at the end leaving our home how it was. So far the install process has been perfect as well. We are SO grateful and pleased with the service we have received. We can’t thank Ingrid and the team enough.

Greencoast and their adjuster Jarred More were outstanding in carrying out everything they promised involving my getting a quality roof replacement. When I experience people and service like this I want to share them with others. Had a choice of over 15 roofers and no one impressed me like Jarred!

Green Coast’s Ingrid Balderas saved me after hurricane Ian. Had many sales pitches regarding my roof but she took time to explain the process involving insurance companies and mortgage companies which can get complicated with novices like me. Price was right too!

I highly recommend Green Coast Roofing. They are outstanding. Jerremy understands the business and takes great pride in his work. He is personally involved from the beginning to the end. He will manage all aspects of your roofing project. From tear down to completion. He handled all aspects for us as we also needed repair work on our interior and lanai cage. He guided us through dealing with the insurance company and the attorneys. Jerramy’s team works very hard and quickly. They keep the worksite clean. It’s amazing how efficient they are. There is always an onsite supervisor. Jerremy is personally involved and goes the extra mile in all aspects. Jerremy’s wife works in the business with him and she does an excellent job managing all aspects of the paperwork and keeping you informed. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate recommending Green Coast.
