Our Condo Association Leeward Bay at Tarpon Bay used CWC to replace our Roofs, Gutters, and Downspouts on 34 buildings. We were more than satisfied with their work and integrity. Their crews are professional and friendly, and completed ahead of schedule! We highly recommend CWC especially for their onsite supervision and continual communication with the board. CWC just replaced the roofs of all 34 homes in our community. They did an amazing job and we highly recommend them! We were impressed with the large number of great workers that they had working on our project every day. CWC’s communication was excellent, they had a supervisor on site everyday, they were very thorough and easy to work with. We could not be happier!

This outfit is top notch! Safe, clean and the new tile roofing installed on our complex looks great. They never had a hiccup on inspections and communicated professionally. Evan Robert, Chris Taylor and Michael were on-site daily and were just plain amazing to work with. Highly recommend this group!

I had been a contractor then a GC for 28 years. I have watched the crew of CWC work on the first two of 10 large condominium roofs for the past two weeks. The crew works well together, no slackers here. The Project Superintendent runs a tight ship and I am very pleased. Each evening the cleanup is extensive with all men meticulously cleaning debris and all men removing any nails with large rolling magnet machines. Each man works the rolling magnets carefully. They concentrate and that is impressive to me. Michael Ronan, the Project Superintendent, is sharp, exacting and personable. His foreman, Ron Goin keeps a sharp eye on every aspect of the project from the and rip and tear crew to the shingle installation crew. So far, they all are very impressive. Thank you CWC and Michael and Ron and I tip my hat to the crews. Hard working men, they work hard and smart all day long. Thank you.
