Emmanuel C.S.M.S Roofing came highly recommended to me by an industry professional and I feel very fortunate to have received this referral. I contacted Carlos the Owner last year, after receiving the referral, was impressed but didn’t do it last year. So, I decided to do the roof this year and contacted Carlos; due to the impact of our past conversation. He certainly remembered me and what the job entailed for my house. The job came with a challenge of a quick deadline for completion. So, I was blown away when Carlos moved “Heaven & Earth to get the job started and completed on time. It was an extraordinary effort undertaken by him; and it left me quite impressed. Carlos and the company work very methodically. The process is very organized from contract to project completion. I was updated throughout the process on the job status, including pertinent drone pics provided of the roof. Carlos is very personable and he is a good, fair businessman. He cares intently about his work and according to my experience; cares greatly about his customers. The shingle roof turned out magnificent and the company backs it with a strong warranty. The value and craftsmanship are top notch. The workers were very thorough, neat and Carlos was right there throughout the process. So, I’m quite pleased with the results. I was just looking for a competent, quality roof at a great value and ended up with a magnificent roof and a truly memorable experience.
