This review is long overdue. I found this company via google reviews and the rating is spot on with the level of service. Hector the owner is a great person and cares to do right by his costumer. He explained the process in detail along with providing a realistic timeline and did not charge me a cent nor removed my old roof until the new material arrived. He even patched up a hole in the roof at no extra cost while I waited for the material. Once the work started, his crew was professional, detailed and finished within the week with an amazing end result. Hector was constantly on site supervising and keeping me up to date with progress and also made sure the house was left spotless. Highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.

I had a great experience with Sunlight Roofing. My roof was replaced with a metal roof. Hector, from Sunlight, was always checking in with me and keeping a close eye on my roof. I had a small leak one night during a heavy rainstorm when my roof was still stripped down to the black paper before the metal had been delivered. I texted Hector at 8 pm when the leak started, and by 8:20 pm Hector was at my house getting up on my roof to fix it right away. I didn’t expect him to come that night. I thought he might come check it out in the morning. I was very grateful that he came so soon. I really felt like he cared about doing the best job possible. I love the way my roof came out and I am confident that it will last for many, many, many years. I am glad I met Hector and that I trusted him with reroofing my home.

Extremely happy with our new roof! Hector and his team were the up-most professional at all times from initial quote to finished product. The crew always arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. Even after having a few rainy days the crew completed the roof ahead of schedule. A big thank you to Hector and his team.

My husband and I are always skeptical about hiring anyone to do work around our house, my husband is usually the handyman. In this case we needed a roofer, and I am so tremendously grateful and feel blessed that we found this company. I had a good feeling when I met Hector for the first time and we discuss the roof. The workers he had were outstanding. My house was cleaner around my yard when they left then before they got there. They were meticulous and everything they did. I will sing. This guys praises to everyone. Amazing company feeling blessed to have found them

I did my due diligence when looking for a roofer. I drove around town and identified a roof that impressed me. I looked up the address of that roof in the permit database and learned that Sunlight Roofing was the contractor. I thoroughly vetted Sunlight Roofing and found that many of their inspections were approved on the first attempt, all paperwork was properly submitted, and work was completed in a timely manner. I then reached out to Sunlight Roofing for an estimate and found their pricing to be competitive with other established roofing contractors. Throughout the roof replacement process the Sunlight Roofing team arrived on time and maintained a clean work site. Hector was at the job site 1-2 times daily to supervise his crew. The end result was quality metal roof that I can be proud of. Thank you Hector and Sunlight Roofing.
