It means a lot to have a 3rd generation owner be the salesperson, the on-site foreman and wind mitigation inspector. Jonny Spilker is professional, knowledgeable, honest and a great communicator. Spilker Roofing is an excellent local company with their own crew that will give their personal attention to your roof project. Our entire house and boat house were completed ahead of schedule, with no extra charges and looks fantastic! We highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. We have been dealing with another company for months, not getting anywhere. We called Jonny Spliker and with in 48 hours had a reasonable and fair estimate for a new metal roof. We signed the paperwork on Friday and they were on the job Monday. The workmanship the team displayed was outstanding. The crew was friendly and respectful at all times, they completed daily cleanup. They completed the roof in a timley manner, and had all inspection paperwork completed with in 1 day. Our new metal roof is beautiful. The other company when we finally got the bid was 20,000 more for less quality roof, then what Spilker gave us. If I ever need a roof again there is no other place I will call. Timely, fair, beautiful workmanship and great communication. When we called or texted with Jonny he ALWAYS responded with in a few minutes. We have had several roofs put on here in Florida and have never received the service that was given by Spilker roofing and crew.

Great job on the roof, it looks great, and the old roof came off, new one installed, and no issues. Crew did a great job with a lot of the “odd nooks and crannies” on our roof. Highly recommend.
