While walking my dog I saw 4 different houses with their roofs being worked on and all of them had a Ralph Carpenters Roofing truck parked by their house this was around March 27, 2024. I called them and 2 weeks later the owner Ralph Carpenter and his son William came over to do a roof inspection and estimate for the work. The crew came to remove the shingles. They were professional, worked as a team like dominos each team member worked efficiently do the task. When they were done all of them worked in pairs to remove all the debris from the ground. A few weeks later NOT MONTHS the same team arrived to replace the roof. Ralph, William and David the team leader came to my house while the roofers were bust just to check on how was going for me. Ralph and his wife Cory helped me navigate the paper work to my insurance company WHO DOES THAT they do because their a FAMILY BUSINESS. I come from Maine and we still use local businesses still WITH A HAND SHAKE..thats who Ralph Carpenters Roofing is. Plus their business location is local and I drop in on them just to say hello and the best part of their office is their Yellow Lab who likes humans and Counter Surfing. I trust them so much that if a need to hire someone for something I call them for who they would recommend. They do a lot of community services and local events. So its not ” I know a guy that knows a guy”.. I “know The Guy” Ralph Carpenter

Company did a great job with replacing our roof. We are super happy with the results. They were very patient with our many questions and special requests (drive way was recently done and we didn’t want a heavy loaded truck on it since it was not rated for it). They helped us through the paperwork to claim our grant reimbursement. The one thing we did not like was the lack of communication when it came to the process. The employees would leave the house and not tell us if or when they were coming back, if there was still work to be done, when to expect an inspection, etc. Had to call the office several times for an update and a couple of times those calls went unanswered. We also ended up finding some old rusty nails from our old roof in our yard. Luckily we had shoes when we stepped on them but they may have gone through flip flops. The quality of the work was great, the staff was friendly, but the lack of communication left us a little anxious.

After reading many reviews we hired Ralph Carpenter Roofing to replace our roof. William was amazing. From estimate, to contract signing, to answering my endless questions no matter when or how many and we had an issue and he responded immediately and it was taken care of quickly. Corie in the office was also amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The crew was great. They worked very long hours and still friendly and efficient. They also did a great job with cleanup. I didnt think they would be able to get all of the paper and stuff laying around but they did. I would highly recommend Ralph Carpenter Roofing!

Starting with our call to the office for an estimate , and William’s visit for the estimate, we were impressed. We had a some special circumstances and William was very familiar with what needed to be done. Thier estimate was competitive and their work and follow up was excellent! Best roofing company in Brevard County. Heard accolades from the folks that delivered the shingles, the Wind Mitigation man, and the Brevard County Inspector, who said Ralph’s number one team makes his job easy. Absolutely love the new roof.
