Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Repairs Clay and his associate tradesman showed up, repaired and cleaned up promptly after completing repairs to our 20 year old concrete tile roof. Repairs including replacing some of the existing tile in various places and also installing new flashing around the perimeter of our existing fireplace. Crew also resecured our entire ridge cap tile and application and painting of new ridge tile mortar on entire roof. We will continue to consider them on potential future roofing projects. Copeland did a complete reroof of my two story home in 2020. They completed the job on time and the quality was excellent. Now, 4 years layer, I had an issue with the gutters and surprisingly, they stood by their work. Their sales manager, Mr. McNeff, personally came, assessed the problem and resolved it with a smile. That is what good customer service is all about. Would strongly recommend them.

I would like to thank the staff at Copeland’s Complete Construction for their time and effort and most importantly their patience and understanding in dealing with my insurance company to replace my roof. Clay, Tom, Brandon, Jansen and Jonathan were all very helpful throughout this process as my insurance company continued to delay and disrupt this project from moving forward. With their help, I now have a beautiful roof that is a better quality roof today than the original roof that the builder installed. I would highly recommend Copeland’s Complete Construction for all your home improvement needs.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I worked primarily with Jason and Clay via text and Phone Conference. Price was very competitive, and they even adjusted down to meet a competitor’s price. Work was scheduled for 6 weeks from downpayment, but I had an issue with my insurance company and a deadline that I needed to meet for insurance. They moved my job up 2 weeks so I could meet the insurance deadline. Every timeline was met! I have a large house and a workshop that was to be reroofed. They started the job on the house, did the Tearoff and started to install the new roof, they had about half of the new roof installed and I got a call from Clay, he said I have some bad news. “The shingles we have are BAD SHINGLES manufacture defect”! He gave me a couple of options on how we could proceed. I told him I wanted the same shingles as originally ordered. And reminded him of the deadline by the insurance company. Not sure how they did it. Procured more shingles, HALTED THE INSTALLATION, TORE OFF ALL THE BAD SHINGLES, and began anew following a day’s delay due to rain. Now let’s talk INTEGRITY, there is no doubt in my mind that some companies would have just continued to install BAD SHINGLES and called the job complete and left me to deal with the manufacture of the bad shingles a couple of years down the road. Not Copeland’s Complete Construction LLC. They had the INTEGRITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING. Thank God. And after all of the bumps in the road. They FINISHED THE JOB TWO DAYS PRIOR TO MY INSURANCE DEADLINE. I cannot say enough about this company and would give them 10 stars if allowed. L.S. “Mike” Pittman

Copeland’s did a great job on taking care of leak through my metal roof attached to our lanai. It leaked again after the first repair and they stood by their quote and came back and pulled up some shingles and applied some coating now my area is leak free. Thank you for standing by your quote and doing a great job for. They were professional and cleaned up their work area. We would recommend Copeland’s Complete Construction for your roof project.

Extremely happy with our new roof that Copeland’s Complete Construction installed! It turned out absolutely beautiful!! Clay, Aleah and Brandy were all very quick to respond to any questions we had. Clay’s crew did a wonderful job! They were very polite and got the job done quickly. Attention to all the details was given and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company!! Highly recommend Clay! We wouldn’t choose anyone else!

Thank you to Copeland’s Complete for doing a great job on my home! My new roof and new siding looks great! I worked with Angela and she was awesome! She worked with my insurance on things that they missed. She also kept me informed on scheduling and on all other aspects of my project. She was also able to match the siding paint color to match exactly to the existing color that i currently have. You cant even tell it was replaced it matches so well. Thanks again! Regards, Mario.
