The Homestyles Group 2 months agoWe chose The HomeStyles Group (HSG) to perform major updates of our kitchen, master and guest bathrooms and are delighted with the renovation! From our initial in-home consultation to the final day, the entire team of professionals was a pleasure to work with. Our collaborative design effort with HSG was a positive experience and HSG provided suggestions that enhanced our “vision” for the changes we desired. The work of the internal HSG team and their sub-contractors was exceptional. The HSG “star” of the project was Craig, our project manager. His attention to detail, following up on issues immediately, and keeping us informed at every step of the way made the project a very positive experience. The quality of products, the installation expertise, and the attention to detail in the finishing made the final product even better than we had envisioned. We highly recommend The HomeStyles group to anyone considering home renovations.

Signature Kitchens 6 months agoThis business has excuse after excuse when you have issues with an end product. Had an outdoor kitchen installed in August of 2022. The price we paid for a kit kitchen was way more than what I could have bought it for and done it myself. Then after it was installed, the refrigerator door had a ding in it. We were told a new one was ordered on multiple different occasions. It was excuse after excuse of why it took so long to come in. In July of 2023, a service tech came out to install a new door, but that door was damaged as well, and we were told a new one was ordered, and we would receive a call or email when it came in to get it installed.When no one contacted us to schedule a date to get it installed, we emailed them in November to find out what is taking so long, apparently the door was never ordered as stated it was by the project manager in an email she sent to my wife that day in July, and apparently the owner was not aware of the door being installed in July was damaged. Coincidentally the day after the email, a new door was ordered and drop shipped to-our home. Today December 21,2023, a service tech came out to install it, and it was the wrong size door. So after 16 months, we still do not have a new door, and a new one was ordered. I will update when this issue is finally resolved.

Prestige Kitchen & Bath 2 weeks agoAs I was dreading the whole process, I was agreeably surprised of how smoothly the 6 weeks of the renovation went. Coordination with the contractors was stellar, Prisca went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. At this time I cannot think of one thing I would change. Prestige and the staff are the best.
