I have no problem referring Universal Roof & Contracting to anyone in need of roofing work to be done on a home. They just completed reroofing my mothers’ house. Jacob Martin the sales person spoke with us about the products being used on the project and the step by step procedures involved with the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. Jacob is very knowledgeable on roofing construction. He is a professional, courteous, polite employee and an excellent ambassador for the business. The roofing crew did a wonderful job and keep the job site clean throughout the project. Jarrod the project manager stayed in touch with his crew. Marissa Tyrrel & Taylor were very helpful with any questions I had able scheduling and billing. Every staff member I dealt with was top notch. Sean (Sales Manager) was punctual, knowledgeable, offered alternatives, and was easy to work with. Marissa, the behind the scenes coordinator kept everything flowing and on time. Overall a very good experience after taking bids from 4 roofing companies. We now have a 130 mph rated Owens Corning roof system that looks amazing.

My mother, Betty, had her roof replaced last month and used Universal Roof & Contracting. Dalton Cameron was her sales person and he knocked it out of the park. She also wanted to give special thanks to Michael Parent, Karson Mullaney & the rest of the crew. They were efficient, made sure the worksite was cleaned up afterwards and made the whole experience a positive one. She would recommend Universal to anyone!

Super happy we went with Universal Roof and Contracting. We had significant hail damage and they not only took care of replacing our existing roof with an upgraded Owens Corning Duration but also sub-contracted to replace the skylights in our sunroom that were damaged beyond repair. They went above and beyond each step of the way. Good communication and follow-up.

The team at universal made our re roof as painless and seamless as possible. David did a great job at the initial inspection in setting our expectations for the project, and Stefan and Karson did an amazing job with communication prior to and during the actual project. We also had an insurance deadline that they kept top of mind and prioritized for us. Highly recommend this team if you are in need of a re roof, or any roofing projects in Jax. Highly professional and on top of things throughout the entire process.

The guys at Universal Roof and Contracting were professional, up front, and friendly. Dave, Carson, and Stefan were all easily available and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The crew was efficient and respectful. They appreciated the table and chairs we had out for them to eat and they made sure the yard was as clean as possible. They came back the next to another magnet sweep and walk through. Highly recommend their services.
