A few years ago, we found a little leak in our roof, and we called DAUE TORRES through Google. He arrived on time at the appointment and quickly found the leak, and helped us pull out the nail that caused the leak and plug the leak for free. It was a great experience, so we called him again when the hurricane broke the roof. He’s as useful as ever. He helped us find a mediator and get insurance companies that didn’t want to pay to finally decide to pay. After getting paid, we worked with him again and he and his team helped us to update the roof at a reasonable price. He and his team are very professional. They worked very hard and were very careful to help us remove the nails from the yard when they finished their work. He’s a really nice guy, and if you need help with roofing, you can’t go wrong with DAUE TORRES

They do not honor their warranty. They did not replace rotting / loose decking and roof continues to leak. They returned twice to seal the corners with silicone but it still leaks. I emailed Dave in Jacksonville on December 20th and he responded that he would stop by to check it out. He never came so I emailed him on January 23, no response. I called another roofer to get it fixed. The other roofer told me he would have to rip up the roof and replace it as it was done incorrectly. I called the corporate office on March 8th, April 22 and May 14th. Each time I was told someone would return my call and come fix the roof, no one has called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
