Tim is a stand up guy. Refreshingly nice and informative without coming off as insulting to those less knowledgeable with roofing. Always gives you a notice ahead of showing up and is a pleasure to talk with. With service so top notch it’s worth the extra dime to hire Tim and NexGen, they treat you right.

Had a slight leak in our 6 year old house roof with a drip coming into the master bed room. The warranty process was a nightmare. Based on the great reviews when I searched on roof repairs I decided to call Nex-Gen this past Friday and we scheduled an appointment for Monday at 2pm. Joey from Nex-Gen showed up almost 1/2 hour early on Monday, climbed up to the area in question and found that the end of my after market gutter on my enclosed patio had worn a small spot down to the plywood on my roof at the gutter exit point. Using some sheet metal and caulk, Joey made a permanent repair in about 15 minutes. The price for the inspection and repair was quite reasonable. If you have a roof problem, these are the people you need to call. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and inexpensive!

NexGen Roofing installed my new roof in Marsh Landing in Jacksonville. My home is ~5,000 square feet, all single story, so…a lot of roof. It was a large job. A few things I would like to share that I hope will be helpful to others considering a new roof. First, the roof is amazing & high quality. The co-founder Tim Betros personally came to my house for the initial visits which gave me a sense of comfort knowing the job was important to them. Along with Tim was his partner, Austin Glass. Austin Glass was my main point of contact at NexGen Roofing throughout the job. Because this was my first roof installation, I wanted to be hands-on and understand the details of the process. I can tell you that Austin Glass is an incredible communicator. He patiently explained everything to me on the front-end, updated me constantly during the job while the NexGen crew was working, and saw the job all the way to the finish line. Austin Glass sets the standard for how to treat customers and oversee a high quality & complex job. NexGen Roofing and Austin Glass get an 11/10 from me on communication and quality of work. Secondly, I requested and received several quotes from roofers before choosing NexGen Roofing. In short, NexGen had the most competitive pricing for the material and craftmanship quality that anyone would want. Finally, after the job was finished, Austin Glass looped in other members of the NexGen Roofing team, Armand Cornellier and Jake Brubeck, both of which reached out to me to ensure everything was 100% up to expectations. Thank you to the entire NexGen Roofing team.

I have had 6 roofs replaced now in the Jacksonville area. From 4 different companies. Hands down the best work and team I have dealt with has been NexGen roofing. We live in a 2 story house with a difficult roof 2 replace. After numerous quotes and different companies coming out, the decision was easy.
