Unethical. Used “peel and stick” instead of lead flashing, but they painted it black to make it look like lead. It predictably failed after a few years, causing a water leak but they tried to blame us for not having them come out for a 1 year re-evaluation. Ironically, this “peel and stick” would have kept its integrity after 1 year so an inspection would’ve made no difference. The leak was purely due to faulty, careless roof installation. They then failed to own up to it, allegedly saying the leak was due to lack of homeowner maintenance at 1 year after installation (per our builder Dreamfinders) and so we couldn’t get this repair (and the water damage repair) covered by Dreamfinders. I have extensive pictures by 2 other roofing companys detailing all of this, and both have said they’ve never seen another roofing company use this material due to the heat and humidity in Florida. Do NOT use this company for your roofing or they will cost you thousands in damage in the near future.

Bad decision making skills! While pumping gas this morning one of their workers pulled up at the pump 2 feet away from me and lit up a cigarette and proceeded to smoke it while standing at the pump. Their team put my life at risk for their addiction so I would certainly not trust them with my roof!!!

I tried to reach out to this company for a metal roof replacement courtesy of Hurricane Irma. I was able to set up an appointment with the owner/ manager Cindy. A few days after the appointment was made Cindy called back to reschedule as they were “ really busy “. The appointment was made the following week at 9 AM. I advised her to have the tech give a courtesy as he/ she was on the way as I am busy frequently in the AM. The doorbell rang at 7:55AM and the tech announced he was here. I was up and about and questioned why he was here an hour early.”Well we are really busy” so I figured I would make you first. He was polite but I do not like assumptions that it was ok to show up an hour early. I had not received a heads up call as I requested either. No worries, the inspection proceeded quickly and after 30 minutes the representative left with the promise of you should “ get a call or email within a few days”. One week later still nothing so I called and left a message. Multiple calls also went to voicemail. If you are that busy you can afford to hire someone to answer your phone. Cindy called back a day later to apologize that many people in the office were sick and sorry it took so long. She then proceeded to tell me an estimate takes 2 weeks even though that was never mentioned in the 2 previous conversations. She then advised that I would need to hire a contractor to get an idea of costs and permit fees.? Huh? Isn’t that your job? Don’t you have one on staff as you are so busy? She then alluded she had never seen a roof like mine. There are hundreds of examples of this craftsman style home in this neighborhood. I think she had no interest in doing the job , nor was capable or competent enough to do the job. I had already received other estimates as I was trying to do my do diligence before I started the project. I cannot judge them on their work but if their customer service , follow up or professionalism is being judged , look elsewhere!

Thank you for your help after the Hurricane last year. When our Rooftop deck and tile roof took water and rain damage you were out there securing and sealing the roof before our power was even back on. Cache Saved the day!! Reasonable and fast. Will always recommend you for all roofing AND Waterproofing work to family and friends .
