J & K Roofing, Inc did an excellent job replacing my roof! Not only an excellent job but their customer service was great. I told them it all starts With the first phone call to set up the appointment to come to my home to discuss the details of getting the contract with them and the representative was excellent on the phone with me… very courteous and so professional… I was impressed from my first call to them. They were highly recommended by my neighbor who happens to be an architect and he told me they’re excellent and he was 100% right!! They came right away and sat with me and went over everything so I clearly so I understood and answered all my questions . I called other roofing companies before and wasn’t happy from the first call and that’s a sign for me not to hire them! The price for replacing my roof with J&K roofing was reasonable for me compared to the other quotes I got from other roofing companies… Great Job J&K, Thank You!

J&K Roofing was referred to me through my sister. My roof just got done beginning of March, so any concerns I had they addressed it immediately. No question is a stupid question. The customer service from up and down the chain of command is awesome (Yessie, Shali, Uciel to name a few).I’ll recommend this company to others in the future.

We could not have been more pleased with J&K Roofing. Each person that we spoke with was very pleasant and answered any questions that we had. They showed up at the time they told us and cleaned up every day before they left. Each worker knew the job that he was to do and did it with the utmost precision. It’s not too often that one gets to work with a caring and knowledgeable company, and J&K Roofing is that company!

Ten years ago, J and K installed a new flat roof for us and they recently did several roof repairs on our tile roof. It was time to replace the tile and flat roofs. We had several estimates and decided to stay with J and K. The new roof was installed quickly and the team was great with no permit issues. Uciel was our project manager and he was terrific to work with. Julio, the owner, was also involved. Even our neighbors were impressed and asked us about J and K. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

I called J & K Roofing to do a roof inspection because of a leak. An appointment was made quickly and I had a representative from J & K come to my home. He was very professional, thorough in the inspection, friendly and he answered all of my questions and concerns. A thorough inspection was done and it was confirmed that there was a leak on my roof. I expressed my concern of the leak and asked for someone to fix the leak ASAP. I was pleased to hear that someone would be here the same afternoon. Two men came over and spent about two hours on my roof assessing the area and they repaired the leak and replaced the shingles. I was pleased with the service I received from J & K Roofing. I am a senior citizen and get alarmed when something is wrong and I need to find the right company to handle the problem. J & K replaced my roof in 2004 and I was impressed with their service then and I called them in 2023 to address a leak. I am sure they will be one of the companies I call for an estimate when I am ready to replace my roof again. Thank you.
