Excellent customer service. All parties went out of their way to be helpful with Insurance company. Were very truthful throughout the process with what needed to be addressed immediately and what could be done at a later date. Highly recommend using San Carlos Roofing!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This is locally owned and operated family business. When you call, there are no robotic voices or options to press, you speak to a person immediately, who is always pleasant and professional. After a call or two, you are always addressed cheerfully by name. They do excellent work at a fair price, and will work immediately to resolve any issues, usually within a day or two. They really care about the work that they do and their standing in the community, so I would urge everyone to support local business. You will not regret your decision!

San Carlos Roofing company recently replaced our old roof. They were extremely fair in their pricing. In addition to our roof they also replaced the soffit and fascia surrounding our home. They did an excellent job overall. Their staff was professional, hard working, and cleaned up beautifully. If you are needing a new roof do not hesitate to contact them. The office staff at San Carlos roofing was friendly and professional. Hurricane Ian caused us to lose a lot of shingles on our roof. San Carlos Roofing was helpful in assessing the damage, color matching our shingles, repairing our roof and making sure there was no further damage.
