** 4/5/2024 Update to my original review** I received a call from Brandon at Home Plus regarding my frustration with completing the roofing job. Brandon listened to me, immediately stepped in to address the issue, scheduled a date to complete the job, and made it happen!! He was amazing – communicated with me throughout the week it took from his first call to me until the workers came out last Thursday and finally finished the job! I’m very pleased with the results. After months of frustration in trying to get a call back and get the job done, Brandon made it happen. I would recommend Home Plus Roofing and definitely working with Brandon! We hired Home Plus to do a complete roof replacement – we paid them $40,000 for a new roof and I’ve been trying for months to get them to finish the job. They basically took old facials and soffits , bent them and shoved them under the gutter. I’ve spent 2 months calling and texting our sales rep, the Home Plus office, and have been told 5 times ‘someone will be out this week, or tomorrow , etc to complete the job.’ No one shows up and now they don’t answer the phone. The roof job was a complete mess-every day workers were there I had to call the project manager (who surprisingly no longer works there), the sales rep and the office and ask them to please clean up the thousands of nails and debris all over the outside of the house. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive. We are now forced to hire an attorney to resolve this matter -it’s been a total nightmare. Highly recommend NOT USING HOME PLUS ROOFING-they are scammers ! The one star is only because I was forced to pick at least one…. If I could pick a negative star I would have …

Roof Leaked after less than 6mnths Called, have not received any response Terrible Customer Service will dissuade anybody looking for a decent roofer from using these people Caulk cracked, broken shingles! Wish I didnt have to give a star Reached out to John gave him 2 weeks Still no response Starting to thing the pos reviews are shills Next step filing a complaint with Cape Coral

Roofing by Home Plus was wonderful to work with. Mark came out the same day I called for a quote. The contract was signed, and roof was completed within a week. I would recommend them again and again.

We would like to share our experience with the replacement of our roof which was completed a few days ago. It was a long journey since Ian. The insurance company attested that it should be replaced and after a lot of research trying to find the best roofing company, we hired Roofing by Homeplus, located at Fowler street. Best price, knowledgeable professionals and awesome customer service. Mark made us feel safe and confident. This was particularly relevant because there was a psychological impact involved, lots of stress. Since we all faced an emotional burden with this hurricane, in different ways, the support we got with Homeplus was an experience that we should share with you. The replacement itself was done rather smoothly and took a few days. Let’s pray for another hurricane season which can be very moderate to all of us.

I called and spoke with Jenny Vee Dalton to see if they did work in Port Charlotte. Then I set up an introduction with my Nursing Home Administrator Jessica. She promptly called her and they discussed getting an estimate. They came August 11th to start the project. We actually put notices up for our residents that we would be getting the roof repaired and there may be some noise. Well, we never even heard them inside the hallways. Not a single resident complained which is great. They finished a nd the inspection passed on 8/16/23. The crew cleaned up and not one employee or visitor got a flat tire from debris. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you !!!!

My mother-in-law asked me to help her with finding a roofing company for her roof project. I contacted Roofing by Home Plus, and they sent out a sales representative, named Gary, who was phenomenal. He walked me through the whole process and I felt very comfortable with his advice. We went through with the project and everything that Gary promised came through. Exceptional service, highly recommended.
