CFS installed a new roof on our home in August of 2020 at a cost of $52,500. Within 60 days, we had a roof leak which CFS repaired under the warranty. 2 years later, we realized they used OUR spare tiles to make that repair leaving us short of tiles to make other cracked tile repairs after hurricane Ian hit. While we finally convinced them to replace those tiles, it took a YEAR! 3 years and 8 months after leak 2, a leak re-appeared in the same spot. While disappointed that CFS failed to protect our home in the same area twice, we thought they would stand behind their work and properly correct the problem, but instead they hid behind their industry weak warranty of two years (shame on us for thinking all reputable roofing companies had similar warranties – we’ve since learned that many/most others offer 5-10 years). So, for the 3rd try to keep water out of our home, they wanted to charge us $1,390! How STUPID would we be to PAY a contractor with a proven track record of failure, to try again??? We attempted to appeal to their interest in correcting the issue at no cost to us with no success. Hence this review. BUYER BEWARE: If you are considering using CFS, don’t make the mistake we made. Move along and find a company that is more willing to stand behind their work and value your relationship. You’ll be nothing more than a transaction to CFS.

CFS was hired to repair our roofing after Hurricane Ian. The final invoice was sent before completion. When CFS was called to finish the job they said no problem… Fast forward 2 weeks and an armed Sherriff knocks on the door with Lien paperwork in hand. CFS claims the incomplete work was not on the proposal. It was rake flashing on the front of the house that could easily be seen from the driveway. In addition this area was pointed out to the Estimator. Another company was hired to complete the roofing. Not only did they do the rake flashing but repaired multiple areas not done by CFS. Horrible Company with unacceptable business practices.

GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. MY NEIGHBORS AND I AGREE THAT THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON MY TILE ROOF REPLACEMENT. I ALSO HAVE THE BEST-LOOKING ROOF IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD NOW. I ALSO HAD THEM REPLACE MY SOFFIT, FACIA, AND GUTTERS GREAT JOB ALL-AROUND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CFS ROOFING.

Paid 50% deposits for materials months in advance and materials were not available when needed. Roofs were months late. Clients were extremely unhappy! Avoid at All costs!!

I recently had a 6 month service performed on my A/C system. The technician showed up on time, was very friendly, and I was very pleased with his work. I will continue to use this company for future maintenance and repairs.

What a blessing to have Steven and his assistant who’s name I did not catch come in to replace my a/c. I had a very old inside unit which sat on a very old dry wall box. They demolished the old box, and built a new metal box for the new a/c unit. Everything was perfectly assembled and they thoroughly cleaned up after completing the job. Wanted to thank Amanda at the office for scheduling everything and the help with the city permit. My only complaint if you can call it that is my new a/c is so cold I need a pj at night to slip in.

Had them put on new roof a few months ago. Now the rains come and I climb up to see why gutters are having problems. They left the gutters in place and cut the drip edge as a shortcut. Use someone who knows how to do this correctly.

I am formally suing this company For failureTo provide A safe work environment, safety neglect, loss of income and failure to provide resolution after being verbally attacked and assulted on a jobsite.
