Working with Kairos Roofing has been nothing short of amazing! They walk you through everything you should expect (no surprise fees!) and are always available to answer any questions or concerns. They are extremely easy to get a hold of which is so refreshing in an age where customer service has been taken over by automation. They truly had our best interest at all times, even when it was inconvenient for them. We had a lot of complications with our project because we had gotten solar before replacing the roof and Kairos did everything in their power to make sure the roof was secure and leak free (and that it is!) We could not be happier with how our roof turned out and am honestly so thankful we found them. I have 100% trust in them and will be referring this company to everyone that we know. Shoutout to Matt and Maria for working with us personally! Your customer service is unmatched!

The Kairos team instilled confidence at every stage of my project. They worked safe, clean, efficient, and with professionalism, delivering everything they originally promised and more!!. As happens in most construction projects, the scope of work became more complicated than originally planned, due to an unforeseen and unknown existing condition. However, the Kairos collective team quickly and happily designed and installed a solution to everyone’s satisfaction. They are a proud and customer centric team and I would highly recommend them both as professionals and honorable people.

Since the first call I gave for an estimate I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. Evan came out on time and gave me a good price. Maria (project manager) kept communicating after permits, materials delivered and when the project started. Maria and Eddie (construction manager) set up a meeting to explain the process and answer questions. Throughout the process they were great. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The day of the re roofing the workers came in early, everyone very polite, happy and hard working. After all inspections and roof was done, Eddie did a follow up. And Maria sent me a lot of pictures of the stages of the roof till the end.

We are just completing our roof with Kairos. We are pleased with the outcome. The roof. looks great. Eddie Hogue was our on-site supervisor. He did a good job and was very attentive to our needs. He was quite responsive when we had Issues or concerns. Up until the end he was the one on site making sure the last-minute details were taken care of. We happy with the overall job.

We just had our roof done with Kairos. We did shop around with other companies. I’m very glad we chose the way we did. Replacing the roof was a big decision and a big expense. Kairos certainly made that a bit easier. They came out right away and were very accommodating. We had active issues That they took care of immediately. They did a great job of protecting the house at the most critical times. Eddie Hogue was the supervisor on our job. Super nice guy and incredibly attentive. As issues came up, he responded immediately and things were taken care of. We had delays with the city, waiting for inspections and permits, Eddie always responded immediately keeping us in the loop. As we now finish the job, finishing touches were taken care of just the way they promised at the beginning. Very happy with the job they did and would recommend them easily. Ask for Eddie as your supervisor on site.

Starting with Sales with Evan, dealing with Javier, the manager, and Richard who was the sight manager. I was keep informed through the whole process. A great job was done.
