Our two storey condominium recently had it’s entire roof replaced , along with added features that we did not have before. Confidently going into the Hurricane season is reassuring with this accomplishment. Thanks to Commercial Roofing Industries led by Mr O’brien. Professional and detailed. He was an asset at our meetings to informing and answering questions from the unit owners prior to project start, and his willingness to do so played a major role in answering residents fears etc. The project was finished on time and under budget and we were regularly updated throughout the 3 weeks with photographs and progress. We now have a roof that is better than the original that was constructed in 1972 !

My name is Maria, and I am the property manager for Silver Thatch and we just had our roof replaced with Commercial Roofing Industries (the job was 15,000 sf, 12 story hot asphalt reroof with tapered insulation.) and they did an amazing job. They had the job done in 6 weeks. Very professional and hard working. They also have done a couple of our other associations and did an amazing job on those building also. I would highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries and hope to work with them on some of our other properties.

CRI Roofing did close to 200,000 sf of roofing for us after Hurricane Ian. These were hot asphalt reroofs. CRI was amazing, they were professional, they were timely and they did a fantastic job. They communicated with the tenants well and were always on target. I would highly recommend them!

I own a unit in Plantation Racquet Club wherein they have done 2 out of the 4 buildings in our complex back in March/April of 2022 (will be doing the other two at a later date), and they are by far the best venders we have had on this property in decades! Their professionalism, work ethic and quality are second to none! If you need your roof done, shop no further!
