I’ve been working with Andrew the past 13 months, regarding our roof replacement after Ian. Maybe it’s the sales person, but, also it has to be the people that support him, also, the ones that worked with my insurance company.. Andrew always called me back or texted when I had a question or concern. Having to wait all these months for product we now have the new roof, beautiful! The crew, worked hard and was meticulous when cleaning up and no damage. I went with GSD Construction Services LLC, because of Andrew and I think I went with the best team I could have. Just hope I don’t need another roof! I will let any and everyone know of my experience…5 star Excellent! ~ Thank You, Trish R.

This company was fantastic to work with! They took care of everything beginning to end. Senior Loss Consultant Andrew Niethold was awesome! He was, and is a kind, patient person, and very professional to work with! Prompt, very knowledgeable, and he kept us ‘in the loop’ every step of the way! With every question we had , he would respond within a day! Also, the teams/crews were ‘ on the ball’, with our roof project, along with the field manager who oversaw the work being done!

We are very happy with our new roof from GSD. Andrew Palmer leads a quality construction team. Initially, our roof was delayed due to material shortages after Ian. Once the project began, it was completed within weeks. The installers were experienced and worked tirelessly each day. The project moved quickly from tear off to material delivery to installation. The county roof inspector told us that GSD was doing a quality job. Andrew guided us through the entire project letting us know when materials and installers would arrive. Andrew was fantastic to work with and is extremely professional. Thanks for a quality roof GSD!

From the day after hurricane Ian, Phil and the GSD crew were responsive and guided us through this process all the while assuring us that we would get our damaged roof replaced. Having some touch ups to do was a wonderful experience as well. Phil and the crews that came were professional, well mannered, considerate, organized, respectful to the point of thinking how we were feeling. From beginning to end less than six months! Today at 10:15 a.m. I encountered a representative driving one of your vehicles threatened to push me off the road wouldn’t let me continue to go forward because he was an emergency merge lane the drove next to me from del Prado to skyline threatening me and pushing over on me good thing I don’t get threatened easy by about a creep. He’s representing your company keep that trash out of Cape Coral 40ish brown long hair

GSD (and especially Zach) was awesome to work with! They helped me with an insurance claim, were on time, did great work, did not leave a mess, had good pricing, and kept me informed about scheduling, etc. I highly recommend them. They also had Charlie Rice do some painting for me in connection with the insurance claim and he was great too. He did perfect work, got it done when promised, and went above and beyond in correcting problems from a previous paint job.
