Brett and his team at Koala roofing are absolutely amazing. Brett is so kind and knowledgable, guiding us through the roof replacement process so that we completely understood what was happening. Being told my our insurance company last minute that our roof needed to be fully replaced was scary but Brett was reassuring and acted so quickly to help us out. His team worked tirelessly to get the roof completed so quickly and expertly done. We will be recommending them to everyone we know.

I highly recommend using Koala Roofing. Brett’s team is quick and efficient and a pleasure to work with. When Brett says that the crew will be there, they are there. I could not be more pleased with the results. What’s more, when we had subsequent damage from the solar panel installation, Brett became my advocate with the solar panel installation company and helped to resolve the issue. Chances are that you will only buy one new roof when you own a house, so it would be easy for a roofer to skimp on customer satisfaction … after all, the chances are relatively slim that customers will be repeat customers, but that is not how Brett and his crew operate. We had to have our tile roof replaced which was a big stress had a few companies come out but when Brett from Koala Roofing came by we knew that was the company for us. Brett made the whole stressful process so easy and reassured us he would take care of everything which he did. The work crew was fast and cleaned up every day. The removal and replacement of the roof was done in under two weeks. I couldn’t believe how quick they were! The quality of material and work was the best! It has rained plenty of times, and a roof is holding good and looks wonderful! I will definitely recommend anybody that’s having to replace a roof to go with koala roofing.

Brett and his team at Koala roofing are true professionals who always stand behind their work. The roof for my home was replaced by Koala roofing a couple of weeks before I purchased it. Although I was never a direct customer, Brett was always responsive and really helpful in answering my questions. He even sent out his team to inspect the vent pipes and reseal it to prevent any leaks in the future
