We one hundred percent recommend this company. The owner Michael is outstanding. We recently bought a house that had lost it’s roof during hurricane Ian. Since we were new owners and it had been over a year since the roof was replaced, we did not have much hope that Tactical Roofing Solutions would repair a small leak that we found in our master bath. BOY WERE WE WRONG. The owner came out himself and made the repair at no charge. He mentioned at the time that we needed to keep an eye on it as the vent that was installed was outdated and that during a hard rain, water could blow in. Sure enough, 2 months later, we had a hard rain that caused rain to come in through the vent. We called Michael and he came back out himself to check it out. While he could have charged us for the vent or at least the labor to replace it, he AGAIN offered to do the work at NO COST. In a community with so many people having terrible experiences with their roofing company, we are so thankful to have a company with the honesty and integrity of Tactical Roofing Solutions.

Absolutely, the best decision made was hiring tactical roofing. Honest , professional and up front about the job. Other companies that came out to bid the job over priced by 75-100% . If you need a roof and don’t want to get overcharged call Tactical Roofing. Awesome guys and quality work.

Truly a great standup and honest company. From day 1 meeting with Michael to go over the project to the last day when he stopped to pick up the dumpster and run the magnet wheel again. Very professional, communication was 100%, workers were all friendly, hard working and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would totally recommend Tactical Roofing to anyone! Thank you Michael, all of your family and all of your workers for a job well done!!
