Signed contract Nov.19th. Roof stripped on Dec.22nd. Cut my gutter hangers with Sawzall, and just screwed the back of the gutter to the fascia, not replaceing the hangers. 3 1/2 wks later got shingles not IKO I ordered. Got Atlas?! No idea until delivered on Jan. 9th., Close color, Wrong maker. Installed Jan.15th. Now waiting for final inspection. Will update later: Final inspection passed on Jan. 27th. 3 years later I find out about the gutters. Roofers don’t guarantee gutters. Have to get my gutters rehung properly costing me $1300. to a gutter co. to get them to stop leaking as they were reinstalled improperly. Update: First line of review mentions sawzall cutting hangers in first line of reviews! You’ve had three years!!

Do not use! Have had a completely bad experience that is still ongoing from my first contact in January 2023. Very poor workmanship. They’ve come out 3 times since my reroof in May 2023. Not able to fix leaks that should have been fixed when entire roof was done. Next step is getting an attorney and hiring a company that’ll fix the damage that’s been done and bill Nastar. As of March 28th, 2024 there is still an ongoing issue with this company. I still have leaks in the same area that they have now “fixed” 3 times! Also, there are new leaks in another area. Nastar’s claim that this is an aesthetic issue is completely false. Ongoing leaks has nothing to do with passing inspection. The county only inspects the job after it’s done with your original permit. Anything after that has no inspections. As a homeowner, I expect the company you hire for a roof replacement knows what to do and honors their warranty. I am very skeptical at allowing this company anywhere near my property since each time they’ve been here, the problem gets worse. They should be calling me to get this fixed! The ball is in their court.

Let me start by saying that I’m very familiar with the roofing issues Barbara Kwasnry has had since Ian and the problems she’s having with Nastar Roofing. I was there when Nastar did the initial roof replacement after Ian and was also there for Nastar’s two failed attempts to correct the problems their initial project left behind. Here it is in the simplest of terms, despite all Nastar’s excuses and and their responses here: THE ROOF STILL LEAKS! How much more need anyone say as to the ineptitude of a roofer beyond the fact that after three attempts, they still haven’t fixed the darned leaks! I wasn’t there when the Nastar representatives visited Barbara’s house to “explain” to her that regardless, she should be satisfied with their work, but you can see their attitude for yourself from their responses to her complaints wherein they claim, in so many words, “Oh its only aesthetics you’re your complaining about”, or “Oh nothing’s wrong because the roof passed a county inspection”. Cute huh, she should be satisfied with an ugly leaky roof because Nastar says it passed a county inspection; who knows, maybe Nastar and the county inspector went to the same “roofing school”. Look folks, its certainly possible that a company like Nastar could generally do good work but occasionally have a work crew that that has a bad day (or two or three), I get that. But a truly responsible, reliable, and professional company would own up to its mistakes and make good on their promise of quality products and workmanship, apparently Nastar does not. For at least in this case, Nastar is now expending more of their effort and energy in making excuses instead of effective corrections.

Whoever drives the black Lincoln Navigator with your logo all over it should learn how to drive. Cutting cars off on the highway is super unprofessional and a bad look for your company.

Very unprofessional rude disrespectful! Spend your money with a company that shows respect! I am a female with years of roofing experience but apparently they do things the way they want ripped shingle s off put roll roofing on a valley that is leaking we had drywall fixed already! The supervisor Scott came refused to get up on a ladder and look at it ! Sloppy work left a mess as he was here a roll of nails was laying on the ground from his team , this is how they do things in Florida! Sloppy pictures to follow

Thank you for never coming back to fix my 45k tile roof that was installed and leaks all over .Even after calls and emails and promises of someone coming to check your faulty work no body ever came to at least take a look at the leaks.☹️☹️

Repair services suck. Had a customer call me to do a repair. They previously had nastar do the repair he paid in full and all they did was put a piece of base sheet on dead valley I posted the pics. I don’t understand why any company would allow this to continually go on. If you can’t provide some kind of decent service you might as well close your doors

nastar did my roof shortly after the last storm as there was a decent amount of damage. They kept in contact throughout the entire process and the roof looks great! Definitely recommend Nastar roofing

RUN AWAY FROM THEM.NO WARRANTY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR WORKMANSHIP. Had a roof installed 2 years ago that was leaking called twice, emailed twice and text message.They said they woould come out. Sent pictures of leak. Never came out , never called back. They do not care. Iona area
