No response and unable to contact company for an issue we are having a year after the full roof was replaced. Find another option to have your roof replaced. Now our guaranteed warranty is void.

LITERALLY GHOSTED A CUSTOMER. INSURANCE DIDN’T BUY THE ROOF. THEY JUST DISAPPEARED. JUST WOW. RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM.

Hero came 2 weeks after they tore old roof off. It rained andruined all our ceilings.They won’t return to fix the things they ruined. They owed us money back from the insurance company and will not pay it. They won’t answer phones, emails or texts. Do not use this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have had ongoing issues since this company installed the new roof. Leaks in multiple areas. I now cannot reach anyone at this company to repair the leaks. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response from anyone. I’m not even sure if they are in business any longer.

I have contract with America hero Construction for my roof replacement.After they received my check .They just not responding to us .We kept call and call .They re out of business but still taking people’s money .They got my check for 11 grants and gone .I have filed police reporting for this case already.

I thought I was working with American Heros but they turned out to be zeros. They left my roof a mess, moved down spout to front of house without talking to me about it. It took months to finish the job. Just had my dryer vent/ chimney sweep and they left a vent in. It could have caused a fire. It is also listed in building codes 3 times that this should be removed. I tried calling the office and each number listed online gives a greeting and then says you have entered the wrong destination. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend them. Also rhe new owner screamed at me that he wanted his money and I had to make them finish the job. Had to get an inspection this year for insurance and they said they used 2nd rate materials. Such a disappointment.

Buyer Beware! This company was a nightmare to work with. Communication is terrible. They replaced my roof and their poor craftsmanship flooded my house when it rained. I made them fix it before I paid the balance but now I found that they left a pipe in my attic open to the sky and rain comes in and minorly damaged my ceiling but they refuse to fix it now that they have been paid. Stay away!
