Bob & Jerry”s Roofing just installed a new GAF roof on my house yesterday and I cannot say enough good about this company and its employees. First, the face of the company, Corey Arthur, was incredibly patient through my litany of questions and concerns. He was by far the best of the salesman I interviewed for this project; no pressure or coercion and extremely knowledgeable. I must apologize for demanding so much of his time, but in the end I was very confident in my decisions and absolutely love the new roof. Several neighbors have already come out to say how great it looks. And the workmanship could not be better. Also, Jason Collins, the onsite supervisor, was very cordial and kept me well-informed through every step of the way. He took extra time to answer my questions and I could see how he took care with the crew and saw to their needs, This is a very hot and dangerous time of the year to be working that hard outside and I so appreciate the hard work everyone put in the replace my roof. My thanks to all.

I interviewed several companies and spoke to people who used them; by far, Bob & Jerry’s roofing had the best pricing, best client comments, and best quality of roofing and recommendations for products and materials. Each and ever person associated with Bob & Jerry’s Roofing worked together, from salesman Daniel, to job superintendent Rob, and work site supervisor Adam and all the roof workers, to Sally and the entire office crew (forgive me if I’ve got job titles wrong) to Jack who came and did the final clean-up. This whole company coalesced and gave a job extremely well done. Go ahead and interview other roofers and then call Bob & Jerry’s Roofing, Inc., and you’ll realize they are the best. July 6, 2024. I have a composite roof (aluminum room) that, after 20 years, finally needed re-sealing on the seams and the flashing connecting the main roof to the aluminum room. After researching aluminum companies and finding all the reviews to be less than my level of satisfaction, I again called Bob & Jerry’s, six years later and still happy with the roofing job they’d done, and asked if they repaired composite roofing. Again the entire crew was amazing, they came within a couple weeks – in this extreme heat – and repaired the composite roof’s seams. Alondo (name spell?) actually did suffer from heat exhaustion shortly after doing my roof – hope your feeling better and please stay hydrated. Several days later, after a heavy rain, I discovered a leak and called Kellie at Bob & Jerry’s, and Steve came out within 24 hours and assessed the problem and he and another guy was out the next day and worked on the roof. To everyone at Bob & Jerry’s, especially STEVE, my heartfelt thanks for coming thru for me once again. REALLY, if you want a roofer you can TRULY TRUST, call Bob & Jerry’s Roofing, they do stand behind their work. If they didn’t, I’d be right back on here to say so!

From the time that I received the revised estimate I was told that it may be a couple of weeks to start. But within a few days the call and set a date for the following week and completed the job i 2 days. I am very satisfied with everything. I recommend that others consider Bob & Jerry’s Roofing!!

Unfortunately they never got back to me I was hoping to talk to them about working in Florida as from the UK and would of needed to arrange a visa and was hoping to do a 90 day trail first as I applied for a position whilst in the UK but wasn’t able to attend the dates provided I contacted them by email once I landed in Orlando but haven’t replied , the job was through indeed and was asked to visit the office Monday to Thursday but nothing , so good luck with everything as it was so hot in June I would of struggled to work on the roofs in this heat may try again towards November time

A week or so ago our roof developed a leak. Bob & Jerry’s Roofing sent someone out to inspect it the day we called. They took photos to show what the problem was. Despite the average 3-4 week delay in this area our project started less than a week later.the entire removal and replacement of the roof was done in less than 8 hours. Work was done fast and professionally and all waste materials were picked up and removed. Corey Arthur did our inspection and helped us decide on which colors and materials we wanted for our project. Jason Collins was our project manager and took care of all the permits and interfaced with the county inspector at project end. I recommend this vendor very highly, we are very satisfied with the work and the whole project and process from beginning to to end.

Bob and Jerry’s roofing was awesome! Andrew came out and gave me the estimate and after thorough in inspection we agreed to work together. Jason called and let me know he was on the way, and kept me updated throughout the day, when I got home from work they were still at it working hard until it was completed. I am very happy with my roof and the complete professionalism Bob and Jerry’s showed throughout the process.

I would recommend Bob and Jerry’s Roofing again and again. They were attentive through the whole process, very knowledgeable, thorough and applied no pressure about choosing them over other companies. They were able to complete my roof in one day and went above and beyond to ensure that it was done prior to any bad weather hitting… because it’s summer in Florida and rains without warning! Every staff member I spoke to was very friendly and approachable. Thank you all again for a job well done; my roof looks amazing and I don’t have any worries that it can’t withstand hurricane seasons for years to come!

Very prompt, thorough and professional to evaluate my roofing needs, answering my questions and explaining the work involved, especially to meet the latest Florida construction and insurance standards. The work crew did excellent work and were well trained and supervised.
