Northmen Roofing put a new roof on my home in 2022 and recently completed a new roof on my rental. The entire process from start to finish was handled very professionally. Every step of the way was explained to me prior to it happening. They showed up when they said they would. The property was left clean and tidy and dumpster removed immediately. Northman Roofing: Roof replacement We live in a historical home in Winter Park, Florida that was built in 1937. Our clay tile roof was over 65 years old and needed to be replaced. Naturally maintaining the integrity of the old world mediterranean style was the main criteria to the vetting process. After several quotes we felt comfortable selecting Northman Roofing. They had the experience and passion we felt necessary to meet what was required. As you might expect in a large construction project, minor issues arise, but each issue was resolved quickly and without conflict. They demonstrated a genuine willingness to get things done the right way which we appreciated. They were highly responsive to any questions and communication lines were consistent and clear throughout the process. sThey provided clay tile samples to try match to our existing roof and settled on the El Camino Blend, two-piece clay tiles. They fit perfectly and are very pleased with the results. The team are highly skilled artisans and their craftsmanship is detailed. We were impressed at how they stuck to the timeline and actually completed the project sooner than we had anticipated. They also left the site clean and without any damage. Overall the team went above and beyond, they were both professional and passionate, and genuinely enjoyed working on our roof. They managed to make our new roof look like it has always been here which was the ultimate achievement. We would definitely use them in future and highly recommend them.

Northmen roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor, who told me that they were a very good company and did excellent work. After having Northmen roofing repair my roof, I completely agree. I contacted Northmen and they sent out an estimator within 48 hours. The estimate was sent to me later that night. I agreed to have the work done and Northmen came out and repaired the roof within two weeks, perfectly completed, before the next heavy rain arrived. I was very satisfied with all of the people on the Northmen team, thank you, Eric Riffice.
