I have been working with Matt Keough. From scheduling the estimate, to getting it, to answering questions, getting me pictures of actual roofs…he’s been quick and efficient. The quality of materials to the quality of workmanship are “top shelf” for a reasonable price. Matt was honest and upfront about what we really needed to suit our home and gave frank feedback for products I was considering, but turned out didn’t need. Excellent customer service.

Full transparency I work at GFedale and I’m giving us a 5-star review because of our awesome people. I just sat down with Ryan, one of our project managers, and after over 10 years in the industry, and 2 years at our company, I asked him what makes him feel successful. Rather than talking about metrics or numbers, he immediately dove into a story of how he helped a customer and because of how smoothly the job went (the customer recovered from a previous not so great experience), they broke into tears and hugged him as the project finished without a hitch. Ryan finished his 50th window project in 2023 without having 1 measurement issue, which is incredible. So proud of our people and thankful I get to work here.
