I had water leaking from my kitchen ceiling during a recent 3-day run of rain. Ilir was able to get to my house, locate and repair the roof leak within a couple hours. His responsiveness and expertise averted what could have been a complete disaster in my home. Can’t thank him enough!

Ilir Construction and his crew were fantastic. I set out to have a small “She shed” built for my flower business that I’ve been running out of my garage since 2019. Instead he built me a beautiful sunroom and help me design a workshop that is better than I ever could have imagined. I’ve been working in chaos and confusion and now I have a beautiful, organized work space that I am proud to do business out of . He also fixed the drainage around my property so I no longer have to worry about flooding. My house which was a total disaster is now a home that, I can feel comfortable, confident and motivated in to build my business and maybe even entertain in again. Thank you Ilir fir your professionalism, excellent quality, hard working team and mostly for making the suggestions I needed to fix some of the major problems I was having all these years. I’m looking forward to the day I can call them back to do more inside remodeling.

Responsive, courteous, and did an excellent job on our roof. Answered any questions we had, and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Went above and beyond to do the job. We would absolutely recommend Ilir without hesitation.

He fixed my roof leak free!! LOL. We are at 227 Darling st Torrington CT. I just discovered a drip coming though the ceiling of my kitchen right a light fixture. I called him because I say all the numerous 5 star reviews. Now I see why. He was at my place 15 minutes after I called. 20 minutes later the problem fixed. He was not going to charge me anything. I literally had to stuff $20 in his hand for him to take anything. Now that is what you call customer service! UPDATE: called him back on 12/22/2021 and did some more work for me. Again – arrived in 20 minutes and did spectacular job. He looks and sounds just like Dino Velvatino in the movie 8MM LOL

Ilir is the real deal. His customer service is top notch and provides quick response to emails & calls. I have a small leak in my house and he came out the next day to review and quote. We didn’t connect on this repair but I will definitely be using him in the future! It’s hard to find companies that provide this level of service and professionalism. A+

My fiance and I had been looking at our weathered roof and siding for the last year. We knew it needed replacing, but we kept pushing it off. Thinking that finding the right contractor would be a daunting task. After being given Ilir’s recommendation several times, I called him. From that point forward, our home improvement project was hands down one of the BEST experiences. After choosing our new roof and siding, Ilir and his team completely took ownership of every last detail. They showed up on time, prepared and ready to work every day until the job was complete. The quality of the products, and the work was outstanding. I did not have to worry about anything. I absolutely recommend Ilir, and will continue to use his services for Home Improvement projects going forward.

I manage renovation projects for a living so I deal with a lot of contractors and professionals on a daily basis. Ilir’s team removed my old roof and installed a new one within 48 hours. Ilir belongs to the top 10% of contractors who under promise and over deliver. His team worked like a well oiled machine. They got to the job site first thing in the morning and delivered as promised. No excuses. At the end of the 1st day, they left a safe and clean job site unlike a lot of professionals that runs home early to beat the traffic, leaving you to clean after them. I would hire Ilir for my next roof replacement.

My roof started leaking during heavy rain. I called him (dont remember his name but he was the owner) He came out 30 minutes later, went on my roof and made a temporary fix FREE (it was pouring out, never did business with him before) Several days later his workers came out and did a permanent fix – total cost? A mere $250. Now THAT is how you do customer service!!! My roof guy forever.
