Had Casa Bella replace our roof just after new year this year. I waited to post a review to ensure I could give a report some months later. First, last fall we had a leak issue. I called a few companies and got quotes. One vendor came with a drone to take pictures and quoted me replacing that section to fix the leak ($$). But Casa Bella came, took a quick look and was able to find a minor problem and fix the first leak on the spot! We agreed that at some point the roof would need a replace, but Casa Bella showed me exactly where the existing leak was and showed me pictures of exactly what was wrong… Fast forward a few months and we have a leak in a different area. Our roof is old so at this point we’re thinking replace. We got quotes from a few vendors. Casa Bella was somewhat lower than the competition, and we were happy with them from the previous leak issue. For comparison, another vendor offered a 50 year guarantee (!), but when I checked their website I found they have only been in operation about 6 years (hmm). Anyway, Casa Bella was very clear and up front about everything. There were some variable items – for example if underlying plywood needed to be replaced there would be a charge for those materials added. We went with Casa Bella. They came and were very efficient. Once the old roof was cleared we found some wood was rotted (as expected from the leaks), but also that one section had been previously done in an odd way by just putting good wood on top of bad. Anyway, Casa Bella documented all with clear pictures and we opted for them to “do it right” and put the plywood the way it was supposed to be. Roof was completed and 6 months later we’ve not had any leaks or issues and the roof looks great. Very satisified and highly recommend Casa Bella.

Reached out to Casa Bella Roofing after calling multiple companies to come check out a leak, the other contractors were not able to come soon and every time it rained more damage would happen inside the house. Reached out to Evelyn and she was beyond profession and reassured me she will get someone out there the same day to check it out. Alex, showed up very quickly and got to work, explained in detail the problem and what would need to be done and gave us options. The estimate was fair and timeframe very reasonable. Alex and his guys worked efficiently and quick. They had the job done, cleaned up and took all the trash. Would definitely recommend.

We called multiple roofing companies for estimates to fix a roof problem. All agreed the problem was that we needed new copper flashing. Casa Bella came on the day we called and had an estimate to us that night. Their pricing was fair (one other estimate came in at 2x the cost). They showed up to do the work, completed it within a few hours, and cleaned up with no mess left behind. Work looks professional. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Casa Bella roofing did a great job on my flat roof. Walked me through the process of what they were going to do and were transparent of costs. They were professional and on time. Got the job done efficiently and left the property clean. Very friendly team and couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend.
