If I could give these guys more than five stars I would. We had damage to our siding and gutters after a storm last year. It took us months to come to a resolution with our home insurance for coverage. Ivan and Charles worked with us and directly with our insurance to ensure we were getting the appropriate coverage for the damage. This included constant communication, phone calls, emails, meeting with adjusters at our property on multiple occasions, as well as meeting with representatives from the town. They fought diligently on our behalf, went above and beyond to walk us through each step of the process, and were always available for questions. Once we had everything straightened out with our insurance, the ProExteriors team was able to put up the new siding in one day. They did an excellent job and we are incredibly happy with the outcome. We would recommend ProExteriors to anyone in need of siding, gutters, and exterior home repair.

I am very happy with the work done by Pro Exteriors in replacing my roof which had some leaks. They were very efficient, protected the house with tarps, replaced some rotted plywood with new pieces and cleaned up the debris completely all in one day. Looks very nice.

Charles and the Pro Exteriors team surpassed my Expectations. I was quoted a price originally from the team.I then proposed a counter offer. They gladly accepted without hesitation. I paid the deposit. 2 days later, Charles was on-site and the job was finished. The work is beautiful and I’m so happy that I ask for their help.. I highly recommended Pro Exteriors. Called for small roofing and gutter repair. Was told they would send estimate after “talking with the team” but never even scheduled a time to come see the job, just looked at google earth at my property which made no sense. Never called back me back. I will take my money elsewhere

I never write reviews, but the folks at Pro Exteriors are so great I had to. They did our roof 4 years ago and did a fantastic job. A few months later, after temperatures had caused some expanding and contacting, I had a little leak and they came right out and fixed it under warranty. Fast forward to today when I noticed a small leak in the attic. Again, Alex had a wonderful crew come out and handle the issue right away. These folks are old school. They take pride in their work and back it up. I feel lucky to have chosen them to replace our roof. Look no further, you will be in great hands for years with Pro Exteriors, Alex, and their fantastic team. Thanks again Alex!

Alex and Pro Exteriors LLC was just fantastic! I used their services before for some simple downspout repairs and they did a great job but this time it looked like we might have a major problem with our roof and we called the team again. They came out and thoroughly checked out the roof and while we would have accepted whatever they told us including that the roof needed to be replaced, they said that the roof is actually fine and it’s a different problem we have that would require a different type of contractor to work on. I was very relieved we didn’t need a new roof and greatly appreciated their very honest assessment. They also didn’t charge me anything for the service although I insisted on paying at least a token amount. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, knowledgeable people for your roof or other services, I would definitely recommend Alex and Pro Exteriors!
