Valor is an A+++ company. From product to customer service everything is explained, and warrantied. I am sure all the staff are great but we wanted to give a shout out to Nich. Such patience, professionalism, knowledge and expertise show in every word he speaks, plus he is extremely personable. He taught us so much about solar and what is happening in our area/state. He explained everything in words so that we could understand, however did not make us feel stupid. Amazing from the first contact. Thank you for the information and wonderful explanation. I have had excellent service from Valor Roofing for several years. Recently I asked they perform a roof inspection and certification. Marcus was on time, thoroughly performed the inspection and helped with having the roof certification issued. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Marcus Painter was a great partner to work on getting our roof replaced. He showed great professionalism by always showing up early, explain every detail, and being friendly. During our time working with the inspectors, he was very patient on pointing out every potential repair caused by a recent hailstorm and we are very happy with the covered scope. I’m more than happy to recommend him to anyone would like to get their roof or gutters done.

We decided to have our roof inspected due to the bad winds. Our Insurance Broker suggested I call Kevin Tucker. We did and he came out just a few days later. He did a full inspection of our roof, took appr. 50 photos. He showed us we had significant damage to the roof, not because of the winds, but because of the awful Hail storm that hit us in 2023. He helped us work with our insurance, and is still trying to help us with other damage to the house. His crew came out and did a phenomenal job. They were friendly and kept everything as clean as possible. Kevin was here making sure they did a good job. They were done in hours! The roof is beautiful and is saving us money on our insurance. Kevin is an extremely trust worthy guys. He is still helping us with our insurance to make sure they take care of the other damage to our house! We have lived in our house for 24 years, and have never had such a hard working, professional person! Thank you Kevin!! If I could give this company and Kevin more than 5 stars, they’d earn 10!

Update 5/2724: Never returned my call from over a month ago. Never completed my project. Good-bye and Good Riddance! Also, y’all replaced my swamp cooler backwards – so if I need maintenance on it they have to step on the solar panels to access the cover….🤬 Mickey Mouse, Rinky-Dink, 3 Stooges! Run and run far-far away! They over charge and under deliver. Never completed my project. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Horrible customer service if you can call it that. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!
